The Thanksgiving Quest will return for the first time since 2014 as a Player Favourite Quest between 16th-25th November, complete in the 3 day time limit to unlock the turkey and golden turkey! If you completed it last time it was available you can’t complete it again but you will unlock the golden turkey which wasn’t available the first time:
How do I start this quest? Between 16th-25th November you can start this quest from the active tasks tab to get the full 3 day time limit:

Day 1 – Day 2 – Day 3 – Prizes
Times may vary depending on the star rating of items used and happiness level of your sims
Day 1
- Buy a festive banner (decorations section)
- Buy festive balloons (decorations section)
- Call guests on a phone- 1 hour 8 minutes (the house you call the sims from will be where you host Thanksgiving)
- Greet the mysterious sim- 5 hours 35 minutes
- Introduce sim to turkey- 2 hours 15 minutes TIP: if you can’t find the turkey at your current house check other houses in your town
- Feed Mr. Snoody (the turkey)- 6 hours 15 minutes
- Wait for day 2 (come back tomorrow for the next set of goals, you need to wait a certain amount of time to start the next set, the time depends on when you completed the first set but you can start the next day early by skipping the day break for a large amount of social points) NOTE: you will not get this goal if you are behind in completing the goals, it will go straight to the next goal once you complete the first set
Day 2
- Ask Ms. Pennyworth about Mr. Snoody- 2 hours 15 minutes
Ms Pennyworth says: Mr. Snoody only eats PUMPKIN that has been SMASHED. He must be HAND FED, and after his meal he likes to be SCRATCHED BEHIND THE NECK. Finally, Mr. Snoody likes FUNNY stories.’
- Search fridge for pumpkins- 3 hours 40 minutes
- Prepare food for Mr. Snoody: Smash Pumpkins– 4 hours (sink)
- Feed Mr. Snoody pumpkin: Hand Feed Mr. Snoody– 2 hours 25 minutes
- Ask Mr. Snoody what to make- 5 hours 25 minutes (ask about dinner)
- Wait for day 3 (come back tomorrow for the final set of goals, you need to wait a certain amount of time to start the next set, the time depends on when you completed the second set but you can start the next day early by skipping the day break for a large amount of social points) NOTE: you will not get this goal if you are behind in completing the goals, it will go straight to the next goal once you complete the second set
Day 3
- Order pizza on a phone- 1 hour 50 minutes TIP: make sure you order from a house where Mr. Snoody is located
- Give attention to Mr. Snoody: Scratch behind Neck– 4 hours 30 minutes
- Have 4 or more sims at the same house
- Have 4 sims eat take away pizza- 2 hours 10 minutes each (pizza boxes can be found by Mr. Snoody)
Tell Mr. Snoody a story: Tell a Funny Story– 5 hours 20 minutes
- Talk to Ms. Pennyworth- 6 hours 20 minutes
QUEST IS COMPLETE!
Prizes: Turkey and Golden Turkey
Where can I find them? Pet section of buy mode
Cost: First one of each is free then the Turkey is 20LP and the Golden Turkey is 25LP

Help! I can’t seem to locate the pizza boxes for the “Have 4 sims eat take away pizza- 2 hours 10 minutes each” task?? I’ve checked every house I have in the game and still no pizza boxes… D:
If you didn’t order the pizzas from a house that the turkey is at you won’t be able to find them easily. Some players said they found them at the house they started the quest at but if you’ve checked all the houses unfortunately I’m not sure what else to suggest.
Make a call by phone and that might help you! Mines was at the house i decorated for the thanksgiving party
FINALLY!!! I did everything I could think of like logging out/in, restarting phone, going to house I where I started quest etc… Then I FINALLY FOUND pizza boxes after looking at every house multiple times. They showed up at a house I’d looked at about 5 times before. What an annoying glitch! 🙄
My pizza boxes have not shown up next to Mr. Snooty (on *any* property that I can see). Any ideas?

There is no Turkey symbol over any of my houses on the Town map. Hence I can’t find the pizza boxes. Is this a glitch?

I am at the point where it says to eat pizza but after going through all the houses several times I can’t find a turkey with pizza boxes next to it. Can you please explain how I am meant to solve this. Thanks.

Well, this is just great.
I can’t finish this quest because the pizza boxes have not appeared.
The turkey icon isn’t displayed over any of the houses and hasn’t been displayed at any point during this quest.
Perhaps EA shouldn’t have run this event simultaneously alongside the brilliant backyard house quest.
Pretty fed up right now.

Hello! Did I messed up my Thanksgiving quest, because I ordered pizza on the phone but it didn’t appear by the turkey and I cannot feed the other Sims!

I’m having the same issue with the pizzas…and I have definitely ordered them from a house where the turkey is at. Not sure what to do and it’s a shame I can’t finish the quest ☹️

I’m having the same problem. It looks like the house I started at is one of the houses that the turkey won’t show up at. When it got the the stage where I needed the turkey, I moved to another house that it did show up at, and did the steps through order the pizza and play with the turkey. Now no pizza has showed. If it went to the house I started at, of course it won’t show by the turkey, as there is no turkey there.
Support has been notified, and this seems to be a somewhat wide spread problem. Some lots are apparently broken for the quest, and using them makes the quest go bad.
Definitately do NOT use a House boat, as you can’t get to the turkey on those lots, as it is out in the water.
Unfortunately I did say this in the post as I had the same issues when trying to complete it on the early access build, I am really not sure what the solution is.
Can you please run the Thanksgiving event again…I missed the deadline by 1 hour and I really want a pet turkey for my pig. Or just let us buy one in the pet store…..pppppppllllleeeeaassee!!!!
