How to find your Player ID
Your Player ID can be found on the game, click on Settings (green dots) and you will see it at the bottom of the screen or from settings click on info then on about, scroll down to the bottom of the about tab to find your Player ID:

I never get rewards of main quests and because I’ve finished them in time. The first main quest I didn’t do in time was “love is in the air” and I didn’t get any reward. After that I finished the other timed quest “two and half sims” in time but I didn’t get any reward. Please help me what to do with this glitch because now I’m on “ocean view estate” quest and I must unlock the house!
Has it said that you haven’t completed it in time? Or can you just not find the prizes, the rewards for the two and a half sims quest are wallpapers, flooring and a mobile that is in the baby section and costs 2LPs
Can you tell me what the wedding cake is for other then xp and money does it have any other purpose??? Thank you for your help
it doesn’t have a purpose, there is no reason to bake it
I have the weather machine and when I wanted it to snow I used to just be able to make it snow properly and snow would appear on the ground but now when I do it all I get is snowflakes falling the ground is still green grass and it doesn’t change is this a glitch or has Sims free play changed the weather machine?

Not sure if this is a glitch, but a few days ago I cooked a pizza, which takes 40 minutes, and it was done in less than a minute. No LP used or anything. So I went ahead and tried it again with other foods and same thing happened, until I closed and reopened the app.

Ear muffs remain, even after taking off ” snow clothes” my Sim still has earmuffs on – looks really silly when the are doing the diving hobby!
Have you tried changing the hair in the salon or wardrobe?

After the new update, any Sim that has gone swimming doesn’t get dressed. How do I fix this?
I’ve had this in the previous update, just go to the wardrobe and they will get dressed
This glitch isn’t really a big deal because it doesn’t really effect anything but after swimming/diving my sim sometimes won’t change back to their regular clothes! You can still go to the wardrobe and change them but they just don’t magically spin back into clothes all the time! Sometimes they even go to work like that, but they always come home dressed!
And
This is pretty much the most awesome glitch ever, until you need to creat a pee puddle (in da clubhouse quest) but sometimes, not all the time, when I open my game up after not playing for a little while, all my sims will have full green bars on everything, I noticed when I opened it up this morning and every sim I clicked on had full green bars on everything and they were blinking. Normally I would say awesome (because it has happened before) but one sim I was not sending to the potty so he would peon the floor so that once I got to the clean the pee puddle I could have something to clean but now he is full green and no pee puddle

I have a problem with going on the app it keeps saying I have no WiFi but I do have WiFi and I have changed WiFi connections and uninstalled and reinstalled and reset all my devices but sims freeplay just won’t work what should I do?
This is a technical issue so unfortunately I can’t fix it, you will have to contact EA and let them know about the problem so they can try and sort it out
Anyone having trouble with cleaning up the restaurant after completing soul judgment? The place us still a disaster and it’s not giving me any options to repair it.
It’s not a glitch, it doesn’t always tell you what to repair you just need to click on things that need repairing 🙂
I had invisible broken floor tiles on the upper floor, they didn’t get the repair bubble either! I found them by randomly clicking the floor.
Hi! I connected my game to the game center yesterday, and have 5 friends who play Sims FreePlay now. But it won’t show them when I go on the Party Boat! I still only have the town that was included in the game. What can I do??

Hi whenever I do the time quest for fishing between 6pm and 12am I go to do it and the task doesn’t come up as completed it just says I still need to do it I have not used any cheats before so I know it can’t be that is it definitely a glitch?
yes it sounds like a glitch, I think you may have to just skip it with LPs
The ringlets of fire quest is not working, I tried doing what the quest wants me to do, I’ve updated, EA won’t fix my problem either.

It says you can build a room by holding and dragging anywhere on the grass or in an existing house. How do you get it to work in the house?

How do you update? I have played a couple of weeks but have’nt seden any update options
Go to the app store on your device (where you downloaded the game) and see if there is a newer version of it.
All my cars are black shadows… Just solid black filled in car shapes. Does anyone else have this issue?

Every time I send one of my sims to a neighbors house, they arrived with completely drained everything and go home immediately. Even if they have full hygiene, hunger, etc, they are drained. I cannot complete any of my social goals because they won’t stay. I’ve tried several different sims and it still happens every time. Have you heard of this?
Yes I have heard of this, I have now added it to the list. You will need to contact EA to see if they can sort out this problem for you
What’s an action I can do that will give me pearls, and same for magma? I have a hard time finding them
Any action could give you them, they are just rare ones so are harder to find
I think more like non- existent. I get one of the rare ones every 2 – 3 months. How often do you get one & how often do you play, how many sims do you have?
I get at least one a day and I play everyday, rare ones I probably get once a week.
Ive been playing Sims freeplay since day 1, my only current issues are (1). I’m at level 54 with 22 Sims and it still tells me my Sim limit is maxed. (2). Now that there is a pet life goal I have to many reindeer and it wont let me add another pet or adopt out. How do you get rid of them to add a cat or dog. (3). I have completed 3 hobbies and are not getting the lps for them. I only use them for proposals but they go fast when your Sims complete their life cycles. Not to mention the cost of adding babies to keep the game going.
1. You would have to contact EA about that issue as that sounds like a glitch to me, sorry!
2. Yes you can click on them and click relocate and click put up for adoption and that will remove them
3. What hobbies are they? Some of them the first few times you get a prize instead of LPs, the cooking hobby is great for getting LPs!

My sims cannot do anything for 2 years…There is nothing I can do.

My friend is a level 10 , has a toddler, a cat, a weather machine and a snow park! I am a level 13 and have no pets at all. I have not started the toddlers quest and my level 31 friend only just got her snow park. My level 10 friend doesn’t know why she has a toddler! I’m really annoyed because of her lucky glitch and my unlucky no pets glitch. I can’t be bothered emailing EA! Please help me!
They update the game a lot, making changes all the time.
She can’t have a toddler yet or she isn’t on level 10 as toddlers don’t unlock until level 12.
The reason you don’t have that quest yet is because you probably are on an earlier quest, you need to complete quests in order.
I know about doing quests in order but she is level 11 now and has a toddler! It’s really weird but Ive finished the quest now and I bought a greyhound so I’m not so sad.
I have 2 sims on Cooking hobby, level 5. One is at 52%, the other at 44%. After getting them to cook the spicy sushi rolls twice (about 800+ XP), the hobby level bar will not advance. I got them to cook other foods but it never moves. They’re stuck at those percentages. Ever heard of this before?
Firstly you might as well just cook the 1 minute option as it increases the hobby level the same as any other food
I’ve never heard of that before, try again and watch the bar as they are cooking, it should only go up about 2% on level 5
A couple of unusual glitches. When I installed the game on my Kindle Fire, it wiped all the songs from my playlists.
I’ve just built the Car Showroom, and the cars that you buy with Simoleons don’t have their own images. They all just look like the last LP-priced car I looked at. So, I bought a cheap car that looked like a luxury sports car (yes, I’ve got an eye for a bargain!!!) and suddenly the plumbob had an offwhite rectangle behind it.
Leaving the game and coming back in again fixed the plumbob, but the Simoleon-priced cars still don’t have their own images.
Hi I have completed the book of spell quest and haven’t recieved my dragon it says in the pet shop. I have completed the thanksgiving quest and have a turkey waiting on the buy mode, is that where the dragon should be or do I have to wait to build the pet shop to get the dragon thanks.
No, the dragon will be in the pet store not the pet section of the buy mode.

You need to make sure you just buy items from the electronics tab in the furniture section or it won’t complete

Hiya, yeh I hace. TVs, stereos, coffee machines, toasters, fridges, microwaves, cookers… They are all electrical items n I bought 4 of the £5000 cookers so that would b enough to finish the quest…

No it isn’t electrical items, it is items from the electronics section, buying cookers, toasters and other kitchen items will not work as they are not from the electronics section.
You need to buy tvs, computers, phones, stereos.
There’s another issue,one of the task is feed the horse but when I click on the horse my screen goes black and blinks off to my homepage and I’ve tried doing it 5times and I even uninstalled it 2times and factory reseted my phone 2times nothing has worked
This sounds like a RAM issue, have you just tried closing all open apps and turning your device off and on, then go on the game straight away, that should help if this is the problem.
After the last update it reset my ghost hunter level 7 percentage back to zero. Now when I get to 74% it goes back to zero.
Strange glitch, I’ve not heard of this one before, maybe you should contact EA about it
Seems the glitch doesn’t show the right percentage, but it did keep track of progress anyway. I got to level 8 today after it going back and forth on percentages.
Ok so I am trying to get my living tabby bear and I went to bring my person home from the cruise ship. They were completely drain so I thought if I go home they’ll be there eventually but it got stuck and won’t open home or where I was it’s just the loading screen. I tried everything I could think of… Any suggestions!?!!???
Close the game, turn off your device and on again, if you can get back into the game log out of facebook in the game and back in again, hopefully your sim will be back home

You will probably lose your game if you haven’t connected it to the cloud recently
The quest “Ringlets of fire” still appears on my quest screen eventhough it was just for a week .. because of this it shows 4 quests and i can’t receive any kind of new quest .. i cant even do the christmas quest because of that … how will it go ?? 😦
You will need to contact EA about that issue, I won’t be able to fix that, sorry.

Hi, it tells me that I need to play a guitar in someone else house for a task (it was one of the first tasks) like to get you the purple coin things but I have no friends on the Game Center ( I do but they don’t appear) the game only gives me one other town to visit but there is no guitar !! I know this isn’t a glitch and I probably Have to connect with someone else but if not is there any other way ? Thanks x
Yes you will need to add players to do this task or you could just skip with 5LPs

You need to log out of Facebook in the game, it will probably say unknown user, log back in and it should work.
How do I stargaze or cloud watch using a neighbors telescope ?
visit a neighbour and click on their telescope and select the option.
but it does not let me. It show the little blue foot prints on the sim.
then you need to get them to move it or find another neighbour who has one you can access.
For Pretty much every hobby my sim is making progress to get to the next level but instead of showing what % I’m at it goes from zero to whatever it would usually go to with that activity. Is this happening to you guys?

Hi, I love your blog! I bought Xmas headgear for all my pets and now I can’t get them off. I tried going to the pet salon, but there is no revert for hats, only collars (which I want to keep). Do you know of a way to remove them? Sorry if this is an easy fix, and I’m just missing it. Thanks in advance!

you need to complete previous quests before you can do this one, quests MUST be completed in order.
Hello, my daughter & I play on iPads not through Facebook. My daughter just started playing & visited my town for the first time today. And ALL my Sims except the teenagers were peeing all over the place, looking like their needs are completely depleted, walking around with stink clouds & just keep peeing. I’m level 38. I play every day & ALWAYS keep all my sims inspired. On my end all my sims are happy & healthy & busy doing whatever I told them, but on her end they are all doing terribly as if I’ve not logged on & neglected them. I don’t want them to look like this to other people! How can I fix this? Ever heard of it before?

Next question, if you don’t mind… My daughter has gotten a couple she wanted to get married to “Partner” relationship & now we can’t get them to “Budding Romance”. I think she must have skipped ahead too much when she was doing the love challenge. She didn’t have the money to buy a coffee pot to do the espresso, so she just kept having them be romantic. I think that’s messed her up. I went into her game today & bought a coffee pot & finished that step… now it’s asking for them to get to “Budding Romance” & we can’t because she’s already got them to “Partner”. Anyway to reverse the relationship so we can get them back on track?

Yes she must have, the quickest thing she can do is get another sim, one from that couple and a new one and get them to a budding romance and that will complete the goal, or she could select a mean interaction between them both until it decreases but that will take a lot longer

When I go to my naighbor’s house, I can only do the six main conversing actions. My goal is to do woohoo with a neighbor’s sim. I have two that are partners, but I don’t have the woohoo option. I also have two that are nemesis and they can’t slap each other. Help!

While my sims are in a pool, I choose go to work and my sims get their work outfit and then they swim in their clothes instead of swimsuit and they go to work.
But the neighbor doesn’t have a telescope
you can’t do that goal then, you can add someone who does or skip with LPs.
