Another Simtown has had a very big makeover in recent updates making it much easier to complete many Social Tasks in the default town (but impossible to complete others!) In this post I will be listing the best houses to visit in Another Simtown that contain the majority of the items you will need to complete Social Tasks so you don’t have to keep moving houses as well as tables that show the items available in each house so you can easily find something specific.
I will be talking about these houses as numbers as it is the easiest way to explain their location, the images below show each houses location in Simtown and the Mysterious Island.

Which items are missing? None of the houses have a firepole, preteen bookshelf (but can be found in snow park) or ghost hunting items.

Below are the most important houses you will need to visit as these all contain items you can only find in one house:

Using the above houses you can find most of the items but some of them are missing from these houses or contain items with a lower star rating so we need to visit two more houses to find everything we need- 25 and 27.
To conclude you will need to visit houses 1, 2, 3, 17, 22, 25, 27 and 36 to find all the items you need.

Just a quick note – there is a cat in one of the apartments in Downtown, too (I think it’s Development Site 5?). I noticed you didn’t include these in the chart you made, but you can still reach the lots when you tap on the train station. Maybe one of the other apartments has a fire pole after all?

Fashion studio is still in lot 3 I think, career items near the high school (17), 3-Star beds and bookcase in a 2-level houseboat (28), 3-Star computer and phone in the penthouse with courtyard garden, and another computer in a high rise development home (you have to take the train from the sim town every time). Still can’t see a fire pole or anything haunted.
