I had received the same message and was expecting to find something but all I received was my daily reward. The only timed prize that didn’t receive was the Latin Villa. I checked to see if that would pop up as an option but didn’t see anything. I didn’t receive the LP either. I messaged Fire Monkey and i got an automatic response dating that it was a known issue. That i had to make sure to download the new content and to check all the houses. I still found nothing. Is there something that I’m missing? Was I supposed to check all the mailboxes as well as all the building i created that i can enter? ? Where did people find their gift?
have you tried restarting your device and checking all houses again? if you have the latest update you should find a parcel next to one of your mailboxes at a house so I don’t know why you can’t find it sorry.

i got the unicorn painting. it was the only prize i missed out on. Shame i didn’t get 20 lps

Try restarting your device, there should be a parcel by the mailbox at one of your houses once you have the christmas update, you may need to search them all
