How to find your Player ID
Your Player ID can be found on the game, click on Settings (green dots) and you will see it at the bottom of the screen or from settings click on info then on about, scroll down to the bottom of the about tab to find your Player ID:

Hi. Do you know if the ‘baby glitch’ where you can get unlimited babies if you leave, close, reopen the app, is still working if you update to the castle update? I dont want to lose that ability because its handy for getting orbs quick, and getting $ etc by gardening. Thanks.

Wierd. The only glitches I came across where that if in the pool, you send to work, and they walk on water while changing, then swim in work clocthes, and another interesting one. I sent my sim to fish at park, but then left quickly. I went back to check on him, and he was fishing on the land instead! So I can make 2 sims fish at once if I want to.
when my sim grab a plate or call to meal they never gain their hunger is this a glitch or a crash.
I think it might be a glitch on your game, mine still increases their hunger need by grabbing a plate
With the latest update it wont let me change my sims clothes and crashes when I try
I think we are just going to have to put up with this glitch until EA decide to fix it I’m afraid

I usually find completing hobbies, going to work, gardening and planting are the best ways to make XPs
The cooking hobby is the best for making XPs really quickly for each row you complete you get:
1st row- 750XPs
2nd row- 1000XPs
3rd row- 1500XPs
4th row- 2000XPs
5th row- 3000XPs
6th row- 5000XPs
Is anyone else having problems getting into the store? I click on it and it just says connecting to the store but never loads

After the update, I’m gathering there are several glitches. I have read the reviews on playstore and people are not at all happy. My game was doing fine the first few days after the update, but now won’t load into the game. This has never happened to me before. One of the old sinks in the bathroom isn’t useable or removable either. Another glitch, some of my Sims stayed in their work clothes. That wasnt bothersome to me tho. Hopefully my game will stop freaking out. It’s becoming quite a chore just to play this game with the hobbies, work, life dreams now….especially when you have quite a few Sims. Sorry for the rant….take care
So, I’ve been playing for the last couple of days, getting to know how to work in the life dreams with the hobbies. Only works for a couple as far as I can tell. I’m still adjusting and thinking how and who to send to work and who to have garden etc.etc…:p I have changed several life dreams to work it into the career also, which is helpful. I’m also looking at the times it takes and the xp it gives.
My game has loaded fine today. 🙂
My horse is missing. It hasn’t been in the stables for two days.
are you sure it isn’t just wandering around the stable area?
I thought that to until I found it wandering around near the outskirts of the stables! Look around you’ll probably find it 🙂
So I updated the app a couple of days ago, and since then once I’ve filled all my sims needs to max they don’t go down at all anyone else having this?

Sounds like a good glitch to me too. Ive had the opposite happen! Ive found that my sims needs drain really fast & its driving me crazy! Ill take hours to fill everyones needs, come back in a few hours and everyones drained to red, peeing on the floor, stinky, hungry etc. I cant spend hours everyday just getting everyones needs filed, ‘ain’t nobody got time for all dat!’ Lol.
My sims keep changing out of their clothes randomly and I see that listed as a glitch on here. I guess it hasn’t been fixed yet?
Also, I have been using your tip to get LPs by doing the cooking hobby. However ever since then I have been having issues with the plates of food. Randomly I will get a pile of plates of food that doesn’t disappear– it looks different from the other piles, it looks like there is a black plate beneath the pile. When I click on a sim to clean it up, the plates don’t flash and although the sim completes the action the plate doesn’t disappear. When I click for a sim to grab a plate, they walk away with a plate but the pile has not gotten any smaller. Have you had this issue? I am assuming it’s some kind of glitch but it didn’t get fixed in the last update and it very annoying.
Well the update that caused this glitch only came out last week so they probably haven’t had a chance to fix it yet
This isn’t a glitch, the problem is you have lots of plates on that pile, so it looks like they aren’t going down, you will need to just keep clearing until the black circle fades and then you will only have a few plates on that pile, it does take a long times that’s why I recommend you clean up plates as you go
My Sims keep randomly switching outfits from casual to work/school and it’s beginning to get really annoying having to change them into sleepwear and back again to regain the outfit I chose. Also I’m getting problems from time to time with the game slowing to a stutter if the weather for a house is snowing/raining. It sometimes happens if two Sims are in swimwear in the same house too. Weird and annoying. I have to exit the house and go somewhere else for a while but even then the problem can still be there. 😕
Everyone is having that problem, EA should hopefully be working on a fix for it.
My iPad usually crashes when the weather machine is on snow, try restarting your device it should speed it up for a while.
Hey thegirlwhogames, I’m on level 10 of the game and my simolian sprout has disappeared, I finished the quest (I am on the ocean view estate quest now) and it is gone this morning. I also noticed I no longer have a weekly task, I had finished almost all the way to the key (but hadn’t finished). I had 2 days left. And now it just says regular task. Any thoughts? Please help…
One of my games is like this too, I think it must be a glitch because I still have the simoleon sprout and weekly tasks on my other games

You can’t buy them in the store, sorry but there is no way of getting them if you didn’t complete the quest to unlock them
Hi, I am doing the Royal Lineage quest, and one of the regular weekly tasks is to have a Sim deep sleep in another Sims house. It didn’t say neighbors house, so I am just having one of my Sims go to another’s house and ‘deep sleep’, and when they wake up I am not getting credit for that task. I have tried it 3 separate times. I have also used 7 LP to complete the task and still I don’t get credit for it. Any advice?
there is a glitch where the game doesn’t recognise this goal being completed, all you can really do is contact EA and/or just wait for them to fix this issue
My sims are no longer able to use one of the old bathroom sinks, and I cant move or sell it, it’s completely unclickable. Anyone else had this problem??
you need to click next to it to select it and store it
Hi, I just womdering if anyone having this problem too. When I want to build a house in an empty lot, then I click buy, the game just close by itself. I’ve try many times, but the same problem occurs. Have you experienced it before? Could you help me? Thanks.
Have you tried restarting your device and trying again? as it sounds like a RAM issue
I have had problems watching the advertisements for other games to get free LPs. Every time I try it says “Offer experid – The offer has expired please try a different one” even if I have not used the offer that day

I just started playing again (within the last week!) And the issue is with the skate hobby (trying to get the key). It keeps telling me I’ve completed the collection and to reset, but.. hitting the skate again button.. does nothing. Is there another place im suppose to do this?
Also none of the medal icons actually display its just a bunch of blanks.. same for the fishing collection cant reset that either and again everything is blank.
No that is where you are meant to do that

Sometimes when I go to the park when my Sim is done fishing, the Sim will no longer be on the dock but instead will be on the grass between dock And the other bridge. The Sim will reel the fish in or catch the big fish from the grass then walk back to the dock when I select the fishing option again.
Interesting thing happened.. went to create a sim to add to the hood, clicked randomize a few times but stopped when I saw something unfamiliar… the male sim was wearing a paint splattered apron outfit. I’m guessing this is the outfit for the artist career but I haven’t built that place yet and didnt know you could even access career outfits from the create-a-sim….
some of them are in the wardrobe whether you have accessed the career or not

On the horse tricks thing on your blog I read that you can only have one Sim doing it at a time but I can have two Sims doing it at a time so I was wondering if that’s a glitch or you never tried it with two. Also where are the comments for horse tricks? I wrote one yesterday and saw some yesterday but today I don’t see them. Can you help me?

for the sims changing their clothes by themselves it is really annoying but if you have a swimming pool of any kind then just make the sim who has changed clothes get in the pool then take them out and they would be back to normal clothes for a couple of hours sometimes days

Hi, Diamonds – having them take a quick shower had worked for me. When they finished and got dressed they were in their reg clothes again.
I was doing the sunset mall quest and it the options were to dance as other people then a black dog came out of nowhere and my sim just danced behind it is it meant to happen!

Hi, I’m doing the sleepwear quest, first I have to build the mall, I have enough sims, enough money and have done the salsa quest, but when I click to build it, the gane crashes and closes the app. I’ve rebooted my phone(iphone 6) and seem to have enough space, any advice? Thank you 🙂
Rebooting the device should stop it crashing, space isn’t the issue, it is probably a RAM issue, when the game tries to use up too much memory it can crash, I usually find restarting my device stops this from happening so maybe try again? I don’t really know what else to suggest, sorry
My teenage sims keep assuming the appearance of other teenage sims. My teen idol will look like herself about half the time, the other half her hair and clothes change to another teen. My teens also keep showing up in hoodies and my archers have been wearing turnout gear even though neither of them work for the fire department.
This is a known glitches, hopefully EA are going to sort them out in the next update
My teen sim keeps changing into a random African American lady. It doesn’t really bother me, but I think she has a lot of explaining to do to her parents. The mom and dad might be thinking mom was cheating.
Also, my sims appear in odd clothes at times (walking around in work clothes or going to work in undies). Mostly this just makes me chuckle.
Yeah these two are known glitches, hopefully EA are going to sort them out in the next update

Is there perhaps a glitch in the Salsa Dancing Hobby Quest? I’ve had my couple salsa dancing for five days solid & have all the trophies except one. It just keeps giving me the same ones over & over again & I don’t really have the LP to spare to get it that way, especially since there’s no guarantee I’ll get the one I need.
Its not a glitch, its just really annoying sometimes, I have been on the jester hobby for weeks now, I still can’t get the last one, all you can really do is just keep going
Is there any way to get old quests? Due to having no iPad/ phone for a while I missed the cooking and ageing quest. So food is rubbish only leftovers and bbq and birds to feed by pool?

I was wondering if you have any insight on this certain sink that came with the Boat House I recently bought. I’ve tried clicking on it (both directly and around the empty square sections next to it) but I can’t select it either in house mode, or in sims mode (so, my sims can’t use it). It’s getting quite annoying – it just being there. Do you know how it could be deleted? Thank you 🙂

I think I may just have to wait until I get to a level high enough to actually unlock it myself, but it’s just a little strange considering that all other items I haven’t unlocked (but have come with a house I bought), I can move around and store with no problem.
If you look at it in buy mode you see a square grid, right?
So click on the square next to the sink to store it or imagine the square next to it and click it while in live mode to use it
I have this weird glitch where my sims literally do not age! I have to use LP otherwise they do not move to the next age group forever. They only age a bit when they have been to work or school. One sim I have has lived for almost a year now and is only an adult…everyone else’s seem to live for a month or so, I want this glitch fixed so I don’t have to pay life points because unless I delete sims I cannot add new ones so that means no babies…
I think most people would love this glitch so their sims don’t die! Have you given them a platinum orb to pause their life at all?

I’m on level 14.. my babies bar next to the toilet is all the way down to the red since there’s no way to take them to the bathroom..I tried to click on have birthday and it says I have to compete the quest to age them on level 12, but I’m on 14 haven’t seen that quest yet.
babies go to the toilet in their diaper, then they need changing
you need to complete previous quests before you can do the one for toddlers
Is there a glitch that makes you unable to get your Sims to do anything (from something as simple as eating leftovers, to watching TV) my Sims make movements as if they are dizzy & on the task bar there no option to call them over or send them home. HELP!
the rotation on your device may be off, go into settings on your device and enable or disable rotation,that should stop the dizzyness

Hi, I’ve got two figure skaters and I used to have the 4 options come up on the ice-rink to practice but now I only get one option “Figure Skate” for 12 hours. Any idea?

I just saw the weirdest glitch! I went back to a house while two Sims were Woohooing – and they were levitating on either side of the bed, facing away from the bed, with their feet toward the headboard and their heads toward the footboard, in their sleepwear, NOT MOVING – and on the bed, the sheets were moving!!!! And the hearts were floating above the non-active Sim. So weird – I wish I could share pictures here but it doesn’t seem that I can upload them. Looked like an alien abduction in process… 🙂
Sims freeplay at level 40. Have two sims who have fulfilled their life dreams and passed one. One just moved in with another. I have 3 empty houses and it won’t let me add any sims. Any ideas? Thanks!

I think there is a glitch in my Latin Villa. My sims will only move through back part of the house! Basically near the back door and back yard. They can’t use anything in the house or even walk through it! It is very strange! Have you heard anything like this before or have any suggestions?

I was checking this house out and my sim got out of work and it asked if i wanted to see him and i said yes and my toddler and dog went with. I clicked back to go home but my dog did not follow! So how can i get my dog back? Please help!
Have you tried clicking on the dog and selecting relocate?
Both my simoleon sprout and competition centre are doing weird stuff. With the sprout the next time I can plant it is in like 55324 hours, and the same happened with the competition centre: the next competition is in 24563 days or something… Is anyone else having this problem, and how can I solve it?

The balcony quest only came out today, you need to complete the multi story renovations quest before you can do this one
I keep having the problem where it tells me that the balcony quest is available and to click to continue onto the quest and when I do, nothing happens, it just goes to normal game and my regular quests are listed. I sure as heck can’t do the balcony quest if when I click on the option it doesn’t allow me to lol

Hi, after new update I’m having problems with time. Sometimes for example my sim is diving for an hour, but after an hour its still an hour to the end of this activity. Its also happens in thing I have to do for quests. Can I do or try something about it?

I’m working on the patio quest and am at the ‘buy S5000 of outdoor furniture’ task. I have several times now and it won’t give me credit for having done it. I have made sure all sims are home from DIY house. Any ideas of what I might be doing wrong?
you have to buy from the outdoor decorations, not furniture or trees or the goal will not complete
Also, what’s your opinion on saving up keys for the mystery boxes. Worth it or should I just use the one key I have?
