How to find your Player ID
Your Player ID can be found on the game, click on Settings (green dots) and you will see it at the bottom of the screen or from settings click on info then on about, scroll down to the bottom of the about tab to find your Player ID:

I’m a huge fan of sims, and can’t wait to create a new generation of sims, but that means completing the seniors quest, which right now I can’t do.
I’ve got the task “despose of the cupcake”, but everytime I click on the bin, with any sim in any house, the only option is “kick over”, and once I’ve done that the only option is “clean up”! I keep going round and round in circles, and I’ve watched a YouTube video on how to complete the quest, I’ve checked out loads of FAQs, and I can’t work out how to contact EA, so I was hoping you’d know what the heck was going on. Anyone else have this issue?

unfortunately I can’t really suggest anything to fix this issue as it seems to be a technical problem so you would have to talk to EA about it

I added a baby to my town yesterday. Today I came back and the baby was ready. I clicked to create the baby’s outfit and personality and when I clicked done it added him to one of my empty houses and the only option given was to Have Birthday…? I brought an adult sim over, but still only that option. So now I have a toddler living by himself, lol. Also I went back to the house with the crib and it gave me a second baby, but kept her there this time.
Strange! You will need to place the baby in a crib to get any options to feed it
If it gave you a second baby for free maybe you could delete the other one that is in the wrong house?
I have a problem with a dance to remember quest! The task for have a sim hibernate doesnt seem to work . I had two sims hibernate and it doesn’t work
All I can suggest is that you try again, you may have to contact EA if it still doesn’t work
Help. Adding a Sim is not unlocked after a brand new house is built. I have 8 Sims at Level 12. Two houses empty due to today’s weddings.
if you are at your sim limit for that level you have to wait until you level up before you can add another sim
Is anyone else having problems with their Latin Villa? Nothing works and I found my car on the inside of the house

Hey, I have not been getting my mail for the past 2 days… I have not used any cheats (that I know of anyway) I still get my party boat gifts but no mail. It moves me towards the mailbox like there is some but there is nothing… Any suggestions?

The only tasks that show up in my game are my weekly task and the social task (or whatever its called). Normally the next quest automatically starts when I finish the last one.. How do I get the next one to start?
have you done the life dreams quest? if so all other quests you have to do something to start them so:
book of spells- build the sorcerous supplies store
royal lineage- build the castle
sunset mall- build the mall
dance to remember- dancers in park
peaceful patios- construction lady Bree in park
Hi I just finished the ocean view estate quest and onced I finished the very last quest in that one it didn’t show the next quest so now I only have 2 quests. My friend has had the same problem and she said she would get it back around a day later but what I’m wondering is there anyway I can get my quest back quicker?
you won’t get the next quest until you reach level 10 so that may be why
When a senior Sim has the bird feeding hobby as the life dream, the last time they feed birds that completes their life dreams, you get the orb but you don’t get the bird! So aggravating, especially if you were just doing the 11 hour birdfeeding session task!
So I’m on the part on the basement king quest where it tells me to tell Bree a joke. But everytime I click on her it won’t allow me because she’s still eating her food.

Every time I have a hobby to complete to win something, like the salsa for the villa and the break dancing for the DJ booth, no matter how many times I use LPs to skip it or keep my SIM doing the hobby over and over I can never get the last trophy until the time is up. Anybody else actually finished and received the prize?
I only finished them in time by using several LPs!
Hi, Its about the basement of kings quest. The problem is Bree wont stop eating and i cant tell her a joke. Is that a glitch? Or do i have to do something to make her stop eating?? Pls help. Thank you 🙂

I am very frustrated, i tried to do the glitch all over again but when i do the steps then go to the sims page to send to mobile, the option where it says “send to mobile device” is unclickable. I just lost all my neighbors again, im about to give up unless someone can help me

I’m in the middle of the patios quest and I just finished “court another sim” the timers both say “0 secs” and the bubble is flashing in the main folder of all your sims. I keep waiting for task completion to actually go through but it’s been a day and a half and still they won’t complete their completed task. What do I do!?? I’m scared I won’t get the benifit because of how stupid my sims are ahahahaha

Hi! I have the same glitch reported by Emmerson.
I finisheded “court another sim” the timers both say “0 secs” and the bubble is flashing but it doesn’t recognize that te task is over.
I already stopped my 1st couple and tried the same task another tie but I got the same result.
I really want to make this quest because I would love to get the DIY house in the end….
Any ideas how to solve this?

For the basement quest, I’m supposed to tell a joke to Bree but she’s stuck eating food from the last quest! I was even able to clean up a plate that was on the table. Nothing seems to fix the problem. I’d like to unlock the house so an answer would be most helpful!
The only way I was able to fix it was sending the sim home from the diy house then send another sim to the house, this stopped Bree eating for me.
I’ve been trying to contact fire monkeys and ea with an app crashing problem and haven’t been able to contact either one! I try to submit a request to fire monkeys (3-4x now) and it doesn’t go thru. EA I reset my password 2x and I still can’t log on! Is anyone else having crashing problems recently? I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app 3x in 24 hours. Any suggestions on reaching either of them by phone or email?
The only other way if you have social media would be through facebook or twitter, they usually reply on there
Here’s a glitch i found but doesn’t effect anything its just weird
Put a door on one corner of a house then go to the map, if you look where the door is, there will be two doors
Also if you put a different door than an oak one, it’ll change to oak one.
I don’t know if they should remove it because there’s no effect to it. But its just weird.
Sittuation: move the door somewhere else other than a corner.
Is anyone else having a problem with their hobby rewards? I have been trying to complete fishing, diving, fashion and toddler clubhouse for days now and every time I collect from any of them I get the same 2 or 3 items over and over. They are maxed out at level 6 and I have already completed all but the fishing goals once already but it used to give me random ones constantly even if it wasn’t the one I needed but now it has constantly been the same two or three over and over again. For example with the fashion it is the chi chi heels, pink dress or shirt and vest….never other items and for fishing it is the rainbow trout or salmon. My game was messed up the other day where my guy was fishing in the grass and when you tried to get him back at the dock he would walk quickly in a circle…so I restarted my phone and cleared the cache and he is fishing back at the dock again but ever since then all my hobbies are now screwed up….any ideas or thoughts on how to fix this? Thanks in advance if you can help….I will send into the support link too….just thought you guys might be quicker with a response. Thanks again!
I don’t think this is a glitch, just sometimes you can be incredibly unlucky trying to complete these hobbies! All you can really do is just keep going, I know its frustrating but you will get the ones you need eventually
Hi, my game keeps crashing, it won’t go past the opening screen then it shuts down, I’ve reinstalled the app but it keeps doing the same thing for a week now.

HOw come when I have sims plant I don’t receive payment?
what are you planting? if it turns into a sim eating plant you won’t receive any money for it.
Two things:
1) have you noticed your town value decreasing? My town value as decreased numerous times by large amounts or I wouldn’t have noticed.
2) my sims keeps crashing when I open it and many times all of my sims have stopped doing what they were supposed to be doing, such as going to work or quests. It’s aggravating bc they could be hours into an action and then I’ll have to restart. Also, if they were at work when it occurred then they will be in there work clothes no matter what I do until I can send them to work again. Anyone else experiencing this?

2. To stop this happening I have to save my game to the cloud each time before I close it
Hi, your site is excellent and seems to have the answer for everything! So I was wondering, I have noticed recently that while planting on garden patches, the amount of simoleons you can make has decreased! E.g for beans you used to get £1,200 but now I’m only getting about £800? Today, the values had gone up again for one patch but then back down again when I got other sims planting. is this an update or a glitch? Thank you.

This isn’t a glitch, you make more money from gardening and baking if your sims are inspired (all their needs are satisfied)

I’m having problems with my game where I leave the game for a while and turn off my device and when I come back everything I have done hasn’t happened and it like goes back in time and I have lost 10,000 simoleons and 12LP and heaps of progress on my cooking skill and I was wondering if I should contact EA about this issue because it has happened a few times and this time was the worst. Do you have any idea how I can get it back? Thanks!
Before you contact EA I would recommend you save your game to the cloud before you close your game each time, this fixed that issue for me, if it still doesn’t work you probably will need to contact them
I have a bit of a problem, I take care of all my sims and make sure their needs are taken care of but for some odd reason when ever someone visits my town they tell me that all my sims are disgusting and that there’s urine everywhere.

Hi. In England it’s eight am in the morning. Suddenly, on sims, after I’ve been into the home section, the house all goes dark! I’ve tried a different house and it’s not dark! Help! Because this is my fav house.

I found a glitch at the stables. I was trying to complete the horse tricks hobby and am one collectable away. Suddenly, my horse has a saddle on him 24/7. I tap on him with my sim to do a horse trick and the “Unable to walk there” bubble appears over my sim no matter from what area I tap horse tricks. For the longest time my horse’s happiness did not go down as well. This changed when I groomed him even though he had full happiness. It is very aggravating. I can’t get rid of the horse, and he will now be taking up one of my stable slots. Forever.
You can delete the horse if you need to, click on it and next to the picture of it there is a red cross, click this and the horse will be deleted.
Sorry if this is a bit long, but I’ve found three interesting, but not serious or permanent glitches involving the Northern Glade Castle:
1. If you want to get a close-up picture of any of your Sims, send them to the castle and make them go into the lower inside level. Leave the castle. Click on the Sim in the Sim Tracker to return to the castle. You’ll be able to zoom in really close to them and the fairy. You can also get a close-up of everything outside the castle. I even got close-ups of Osiris. I don’t think it works upstairs. The weirdest thing is that you can look inside the Sims’ heads and under the front porch and stairs.
2. If you get the Weekly Task of using a tambourine in the Jester Hobby, when your Sim finishes, you won’t collect a skill and your Sim will stay in the Jester’s outfit. You can probably remove it by switching to swimwear or sleepwear and back to the normal clothes.
3. This is related to the second glitch, but involves the throne. Your Sim will automatically change to a royal outfit if you issue a decree (but that’s not a glitch, I think). If you get the Weekly Task to make a decree, when your Sim is done, your Sim will stay in the royal costume. The decree won’t take effect, either.
2. I would just like to add that this also happens when you get a weekly task to do the archery hobby, you don’t get a collectible
I just spent ALL my 175 social points that I spent TWO MONTHS collecting to build the Latin Villa. Now, I just built it, and after a certain point, MY SIMS CAN’T MOVE! They just keep getting the blue footprints sign! Half the furniture can’t be used! I restarted my iPad and went, but the same thing just keeps happening! This isn’t happening to any of my other houses-please tell my what I should do!

I’ve noticed two issues since the update. 1) even though I’ve cleaned up area 4 of the mall, it is not acknowledging that, so I can’t build area 5. And 2) I just leveled to 34 which is an achievement badge, but it isn’t giving it to me. Anyone else having these problems or have suggestions to help?

1 isn’t a glitch, you need to clean the area at the front of the mall too, that is also area 4
And is 2 a gamecenter achievement? If it couldn’t sign you into game center that might be why you didn’t get it, but I don’t think they really work anyway, mine usually goes through about 50 achievements at once, all ones that I have previously got.

have you complete the quest for toddlers? you can’t age a baby until you have done that quest
So….I had a Sim who was single and she adopted a toddler. Much later in the game married and moved into his house and now it’s still saying the toddler is her son but the last name did not change when they got married and now she moved in and he is still living in the old house by himself!! I don’t want to delete the toddler since I did pay $4.99 for him. Frustrated! Any suggestions?
There isn’t much you can do, all you can do is wait until he grows into a teen and then he can move back in with her
I’m having problems with furniture in my houses… I only seem to be able to add furniture to the ground floor. When I go down to the basement or to the 1st floor and up, once I clicked on a furniture item to add it brings me back to the ground floor. This happened last night for the first time and is now happening with all my houses. I have uninstalling the game and then reinstalling… Do you have any advice?
You should be able to click the upstairs button once you have selected the furniture to move it between floors

Okay, so on the Sims Freeplay, I have two teens (not in the same family), and they’re best friends forever. I wanted them to flirt, so I clicked “flirt”, but now the pink bar won’t go up or down, and it still says best friends forever. What do I do to get the social bar to unfreeze?

when you click on an item to add to the house it will go to the ground floor, click on the upstairs/downstairs button to move the item to a different floor

is the bed against a wall? if so you will need to move it so they can use it.
I have completed the sunset mall quest and have unlocked the burger bar, but I was wondering when I click share milkshake when the milkshake comes the two teen sims sit on top of each other is this correct or a glitch?

that’s a glitch, it will probably fix if you restart your device
When I have two teenagers share a milkshake as soon as the milkshake arrives one of my teenagers slides to the other bench. Both teenagers sit on the same bench but in the same spot so they sort of combine bodies.
i Done same as you stated above for the neighbors. but i am stuck. When i click send game to mobile its not finished after half hour. and still showing sending ….. what should i do now ?? my net speed is good and it not because of net porb. please help.
Sorry that is the only way I know how to fix that issue, if that doesn’t work you may just have to wait for EA to fix it
When I plant (I normally plant beans) its only giving me 840 simoleons but it normally gives me 1,260 simoleons do you know why its gone down??
it hasn’t gone down, you get more money if your sims are inspired
Ok I’m REALLY stuck. My sims got stuck on the “court a sim”. I came back to them and they were fine, and it have me the next quest ( 6 sims mapping on a couch) I got that fine, but went back to the two courtiers and the were now suddenly back to being stuck in “court a sim”, so I cancelled them. BIG MISTAKE. my patio quest is now back to “Court a sim”, but when I tell them to Court, I get the screw you footprints. I have cleared game data and even uninstalled the game, but that quest is now stuck – did anyone know what to do about this??
I forgot to mention this was while doing the patio quest.
That’s unusual, I’ve not heard of anyone having that glitch, you may want to contact EA to see if they can fix this problem for you as I am unable to fix technical issues, sorry
Here’s what I found out. First, it must have been too early in the morning when I did this, because the next task was not the “Six sims sleeping” (or whatever I thought it was) – I’m sure that must have been my next weekly task and I just got confused. At any rate, cancelling “Court a Sim” reset my progress on that task (obviously). The part I was missing was that “Court a Sim” is an action that has to be done from a balcony (ala classic Romeo & Juliet) – this the only place you can do this prior to completing the quest is in the DIY home. I had been trying this from my other houses, which is why it wasn’t letting me do it. I did have to use your too about spending an LP to complete the quest one they were done.

No I haven’t, it probably isn’t a glitch, you are just being unlucky, all I can suggest is you just keep going and if you still get the same one you might need to contact EA
Hi, I am experiencing an issue as well. I built a second story to my home, but it won’t let me put any doors or furniture on the second level. I bought stairs, but even if I’m up there before I go into the store it automatically moves everything downstairs when I pick something to buy. I am able to put down wallpaper, flooring, and balconies, but nothing else. Any ideas?
when you click on an item to buy and it takes you to the ground floor click on the upstairs/downstairs button to move it to the floor you want it
How about the one we’re my Clothing is disappearing. I don’t have anymore skirts or long sleeve shirts for my female adults. I don’t know if this is a glitch but it’s been like this since the last up date witch was the camp site one.
skirts are under the pants tab but I don’t know why you don’t have long sleeve shirts, mine are all still there

I really wouldn’t worry about it too much as it doesn’t affect the game
