How to find your Player ID
Your Player ID can be found on the game, click on Settings (green dots) and you will see it at the bottom of the screen or from settings click on info then on about, scroll down to the bottom of the about tab to find your Player ID:

Okay so I just undated the game to the newest update where the babies are allowed to do more. I cannot open the game it’s stuck on the logo screen. Are you having this problem and what can I do to fix it?
They released another update that should fix this problem, if not you will need to contact EA
I have a baby in Sims Freeplay and everything has changed— the wardrobe, the hair, the face, and the now 21 second time to change its diaper. But for some reason, I can’t make the adults in its family pick it up, which means I can’t make it learn to walk or bounce. Is there a reason for this?
Is this because of the fact I haven’t completed the nanny quest? BTW love your blog, I always check it before doing my next quest. 💙❤️
yes you need to start the nanny knows quest to be able to get these new options.
Ever since I updated my sims stop what they are doing when I leave says its due to weather changes
if connecting to the cloud doesn’t fix this problem then I think you should contact EA to see if they can fix it for you.

I’m currently doing the patio quest and I’ve spent about 10,000 sim money things on outdoor decorations and its not working! I’ve reloaded the game loads and even tried shutting down my Ipad and its still not working!
you need to buy items just from the outdoor decorations tab
Hi I don’t know if you’ll see this but I have a question – my game
xp isn’t working. I’ve been at level ten for days though the xp circle is full I’ve not moved up to level 11. Could this be because I’m in the process of completing the ocean view quest? Any feedback would be really appreciated , thanks in advance!
Once you reach level 10 your game needs to download additional content, this link explains what it is: https://help.firemonkeys.com.au/hc/en-us/articles/211856058-Additional-Downloadable-Content but it doesn’t say how to do it, I’m guessing your game should do it automatically. If you still can’t progress you may need to contact them to see if they can fix this for you.
Hi, I’m not sure if this is a glitch, but none of my sims have ever grieved. One of my senior sim’s just died and her live in partner isn’t grieving at all. Any idea why?

If you didn’t save it before you deleted it and reinstalled it then you would lose progress unfortunately
Whenever I leave my sims to complete a a task that has to finish in a particular time and igo back to it, it never completed it. I’m trying to complete the nanny quest and my sims aren’t staying to finish it. What can be causing this? Please help 😦 I have two days left.

When I add a new baby and press accept it cuts me off when I go back into game the new baby not there?
try restarting your device before, that should stop it crashing
Do you know a fix for if your town value suddenly decreases to 0? My town value was previously around 800,000 then after I build the stadium, it suddenly increased to around 2 million (Which doesn’t make sense), then a few days later, after my swimming center was finished, my town value decreased to 0.

I am having issues with Bree ; she is stuck standing in the middle of the table : so I am not able to give her the food ; for the basement challenge : when I click on her it says give Bree food but the two blue feet pop up in a the box over my sims head ! Ugh it’s so frustraighting it’s been two weeks !! help !!

I’m doing the balcony quest and my Sims got stuck in the “Court Another Sim” task. The timer says 0s, and the bar is complete, but the game doesn’t recognize they are done! Any idea on how to fix this? I have tried rebooting the game, uploading it to the cloud and downloading it on another device… I need help! I want to get the time limit prize!

My baby sims diaper needs changing real bad. I click on change diaper but it just keeps getting lower. What am I missing?
Is the toilet icon the one that is red? You cannot do anything about this, the baby will go in their diaper when they need to, you just have to change their diaper afterwards to increase their hygiene.
Thank you weightless. But the icon at the bottom left for bathroom doesn’t refill. It just keeps going down.
Yes it goes right down then they will go when they need to in their diaper and it will be green
Every time I do some task, for example the “Ask Nanny for Help” for Nanny Knows Best and “Everything you need to know” for preparing for preteens, then I closed it for a while and open it back then I saw my sims didn’t work for that particular task….(This moment occur also when I tried to clean up mess in my stable)

my preteens won’t write in their diaries on the bed..I moved the bed in the centre of the room and removed everything else to make the room empty..but the blue footsteps keep appearing..
but they can do everything else on the bed!

On sims freeplay I started building the Pickle sauce restaurant and it’s been a week now and I can’t construct any other building as it says “pickle sauce is still under construction” yet the restaurant is no where to be seen in my sunset mall .. Has my construction froze?
no, you just need to click on the bar to finish building it

In the middle of The Nanny Knows Best quest, my adult sim was rocking an infant to sleep and when i came back to the game to complete it, the baby disappeared! Now his crib is empty and he is nowhere around the house. How do I fix this glich?

My baby was getting close to becoming a toddler but as I am trying to complete the Musical Expresssions Quest I used an LP to put her back to the beginning of baby age. Unfortunately she is now just lying on the floor and won’t let anyone pick her up, nor will she play the xylophone. I’ve reported to Firemonkeys but as they have never replied to any query before I’m not holding out much hope. I’ve tried logging out & in but the only options I get when I select a Sim is Have a Birthday. Have you come across this before?
I haven’t heard of this before but I would recommend restarting your device, that usually fixes issues like that
Stuck on the same weekly and social task after having completed them multiple times. Listen to shuffle on a neighbors radio and cook a meal on the stove.. Any ideas?
The cook a meal you need to bake an item such as cookies or brownies
And the listen to shuffle on a neighbours radio, you need to visit a neighbours and select the option on a radio
Cooking a meal on the stove top did not work, but after baking cookies in the oven, I did have success. There are only stereos in the home store and I have listened to shuffle on nearly every combination of neighbour in my town and it still won’t register as completed 😦

Ok, sorry to bother you again but after my game got the update, the icons were all in incorrect positions. The game can still be played but it’s annoying.

When I make one of my sims with a certain hobby try another one, it says its going to change that persons hobby. I click yes, and while they were doing the new hobby, it stayed their old hobby instead of changing. Help!

My sims stopped their tasks due to weather, annoying but whatever. However my two horse left the stables and are currently walking around a random house in town. Any clue how to get them back to the stables?

Sims do not earn money when sent to work. Is this an issue related to not saving the game for the other glitch?

How do i get bree unstuck out of the patio table for three week
Unfortunately I don’t know how to fix this issue, all I can suggest is you send your sims home from the DIY house then restart your device. If this still doesn’t work you may need to contact EA to see if they can fix this problem for you.
There used to be beautiful Chinese outfits for both males & females, but now they no longer appear in he wardrobe or shop. Fortunately, I was able to change my female sim from a red Chinese dress to a purple one before the disappearance. Do you know if the outfits will be coming back? Thanks!
you will need to build the costume and swim store, once built they will be back in your wardrobe

I finished the quest for the two story and I went back to the park to find Bree, where she was waiting before I even started that quest and she was missing. Even as I did the Pirate and His Goddess quest, she wasn’t there. Nor was she at the community center. How can I find her to do the balcony quest? I’m not currently doing any other quests except the Road to Fame quest. What do I do? Is it a glitch or something?
They have changed it so she can be found at the park now to start the balcony quest 24 hours after you complete the patio one
Help! I can’t view the items’ pictures in the stores. but they only show up when placed in the house. And I also can’t see the sim picture on top of the house.

Death is still hanging around after claiming his last victim. It’s in the house where I have some senior sims cooking. How can I get rid of him, he’s making my seniors nervous…lol.
One of your other seniors is probably coming towards the end of their life too so he will just hang around until they are ready to be passed on
BEFORE downloading newest addition (the chocolate egg) make sure you purchase all the candy items – like couches, beds, etc. and use the wallpaper; as it all disappears!

I need some help, I have gotten a quest that had something to do with you can now kiss on the couch or something,well I got it and it didn’t start me right away, I went to the view quest tabs and it wasn’t there. The quest has dissapered, it has happened with 2 quests now. I don’t have another quest to do to see if it comes up next. Please help I don’t know how to get back the quests that are gone.

Hi there… I know there’s prolly a good explanation to this but when I get my preteens to do 2 particular hobbies (ballet & karate) they don’t seem to gain any awards… You know like the sims do in other hobbies… Any idea why this is?!? Btw I love your site. I always come to it before doing any task or hobby or anything…
This is because ballet and karate are different to the other hobbies, you only unlock prizes in these hobbies once you level up for the first time, you do not earn collectibles each time you complete the hobbies

Hiya… It’s me, EarthwormJay again… I wonder if anyone can help with a problem I’ve got adding my son to my friends list using Facebook. He plays the Sims Freeplay on a Kindle Fire and I use an iPad but I can’t seem to be able to add him as a friend… Any help would be very much appreciated!!!
If you are friends on facebook you should be in each others party boats as long as you are both connected to your facebooks on the game (you do this in the settings) but once added it can still take a while for neighbours to appear
Are my simoleons supposed to increase if my sims work they seem to be working for free at the moment. (Every employers dream )
They should do, they will earn the money once they return from work
Hi! Love your tips! I am stuck in the Winter Wonderland quest waiting the 5 days. I’ve reinstalled the app and contacted FireMonkey, no results… Any ideas on what I can do to get it to stop snowing? Lol!
This quest should no longer appear so you will need to contact EA again unfortunately as only they will be able to fix this technical issue for you

Hi I’m on the basement quest and I’m stuck on building the basement. My house button doesn’t seem to work. It keeps telling me to click on the basement tab but I can’t & everything else is locked. I’ve tried restarting my phone but I don’t know what else to do.

Wondering if it’s just my game, today April 2nd every time I go to play sims it’s glitchy and takes forever to click on something and just glitches. Is the best way I can describe it. I’ve updated my iPad to the newest apple software and can’t find any new updates to the game so I don’t know if it’s just me. I’ve deleted some games also if it’s a space issue. None of these things are helping.
Try restarting your device, the RAM (random access memory) on apple products is low so they can lag a lot as the game is trying to use up a lot of it to run, restarting the device usually clears this causing it to run smoother for a while
