1. Thank you for the Xmas updates, really handy!
   One question about the gift, will it be in front of any house or of a particular one and we have to search for it?
   Just to be sure I don’t miss it 😉

   • It should be at the front of the house that the game opened to on the 14th, if you can’t remember which one it is then you will have to search all the houses unfortunately

2. It has been days and I haven’t received my free gift. I checked all my houses. I got the notification for the free gift but it never appeared. Do you know who I should contact about this? Thank you so much!

   • Did you check by the mailbox/trashcan of all the houses and have the latest update?

3. why I don’t get the fortune box?

   • Have you checked all your houses for the gift box to open?

     • yes, I have searched in every house but still nothing, Is the fortune box only on first day?

     • Yes there is only one gift

   • It’s kinda easy to miss, make sure to look next to the trash bin and mailbox. Also make sure your game has had the holiday update installed, it’s probably needed for this.

4. Hey!
   Just wanted to check to see if you knew wether the gift box was late in some locations. I’m in London and I haven’t received one yet. I checked all the houses. Do you think my best bet would be to contact them?

   • I live near London and I got it on the 14th, do you have the latest update of the game?

5. Oooh! Found it… aaand it’s quarter past midnight, it’s not working anymore ;( My fault for not reading your blog for a few days

   • Oh no, how frustrating! 😦

     • Well, I wrote comment, saw its timestamp and remembered timezones exist, and game server is probably in different one than me. Well, in my defense it was past midnight here 🙂 Anyways, turned out my sim was carrying a kitten. I keep forgetting about kittens and puppies.

9. my cousin opened her fortune box last week and they gave her like a hundred of the boxes and i only got one!
