Christmas has arrived in simtown! Once you update The Sims Freeplay to the Lakehouse Christmas update you will receive a daily Christmas gift from the 6th-11th December this post shows you the prizes you unlock, the prizes are the same as previous years but I will update if the order has changed once I receive them:

Day 2: Free Xmas Oval Window
Day 3: Free Xmas Couch
Day 4: Free Wide Xmas Window
Day 5: Free Xmas Wallpaper
Day 6: Free Xmas Double Window
The Hearth of Stone 2019 Christmas Quest will begin on the 12th December, check out my post here to plan ahead and make sure you can complete in the 13 day time limit to unlock the Lakehouse!

How can I get the game producers to make the writing readable. My sight has gotten a little bad and I can not see the white lettering on light blue or green background?
You should be able to change the settings on your device so you can see the whole device clearer, not just the game, you can usually find this under accessible/ accessibility
