The Sims Freeplay- Hobbies: Snorkelling

This is a post about the snorkelling hobby! I will tell you a little bit about how to do the hobby and the rewards you can get from it.

NOTE: you will not be able to do this hobby until you have complete the life dreams and legacies quest

Who can snorkel?

Adults and Teens.

Once you unlock all 3 areas then 3 sims can do the hobby at once, only one sim can use an area at one time though

How can you snorkel?

You need to firstly build the beach, then build the snorkel hire kiosk for 8 Bronze Sporty Orbs and 4 Silver Sporty Orb

Where can you snorkel?

At the beach

What are the snorkelling options?

Snorkel in tide pool (costs S100 each time)- 1 hour

Snorkel in lagoon (costs S200 each time)- 2 hours

Snorkel at reef (costs S300 each time)- 6 hours

The first time you do this hobby you need to find all 6 items in the first area before you can unlock the next area, so you need to find all items in the tide pool before the lagoon will unlock and then all items in the lagoon before the reef unlocks.

What are the snorkelling levels?

  1. Splasher
  2. Aquatic Investigator
  3. Diving Guppie
  4. Half Human, Half Fish
  5. Deep One
  6. Aquatic Mammal

What items are there to collect?

What do you win?

First time you unlock inflatable seals (can be found in the pool items section) and beach towels (can be found in outdoor furniture)

Further times you receive 5LPs

I can’t find one of the items, any tips?

The only advice I can really give you is to keep going, that is the only way you can find them- there is no trick to it, its completely random.

Is it worth using the lucky spin?

I would say no, it doesn’t give you one that you need it just gives you one at random so really it is probably just a waste of LPs

How do I start the collection again?

Once you have finished the collection you can click start a new collection on the list to start over.
