Returning event?

  • The Country Homestead Furniture Event (not available yet) will return on 17th November for 7 days complete the woodworking hobby 10 times in the time limit to unlock all the country homestead furniture packs

What else is new?

  • Daily Tasks- Weekly Tasks have been replaced with Daily Tasks.

You can find them in the new bunny button on the middle left of the screen:

There are 9 tasks to complete each day with tasks such as ‘log in’, ‘fulfill 1 community market order’ and ‘fall asleep in the bath’:

Completing each task will earn 1000 XP (and sometimes you also earn a bonus 100 XP)

If you complete all 9 tasks you will earn mystery keys and more XPs (the amount varies depending on which day you are on) If you complete all 9 tasks every day you will increase your streak and earn more rewards.

    • Day 1– 1 Mystery Box Key and 1000 XP
    • Day 2– 1 Mystery Box Key and 1000 XP
    • Day 3– 2 Mystery Box Keys and 1000 XP
    • Day 4– 1 Mystery Box Key and 1500 XP
    • Day 5– 1 Mystery Box Key and 1500 XP
    • Day 6– 1 Mystery Box Key and 1500 XP
    • Day 7– 3 Mystery Box Keys and 2000 XP

If you miss a day you will go back to Day 1, a new day starts at 10am local time

Keys can be spent on mystery boxes, which can now be found in the online store, there are also a few new boxes available for a short amount of time:

  • You will be able to claim 4 different dresses and boots for your feminine adult sims, these are only available for 2 days each and can be claimed for free from your inbox from 7am UTC.
    • Red Gingham Dress and Boots: 14th-16th October
    • Black Dress and Boots: 16th-18th October
    • Yellow Gingham Dress and Boots: 18th-20th October
    • White Dress and Boots: 20th-22nd October

  • The Paperboy will be giving double rewards between 16th-20th October, 29th October- 1st November, 7th-12th November and 17th-22nd November

Complete the 9 day pregnancy event in the time limit and earn the baby bonus between 17th September- 4th October to unlock these prizes:

If you start the 9 day pregnancy event anytime during the time frame you have the chance of earning the maternity items in that pack if you complete the event in the time limit, for example if you start a pregnancy event on the 4th October and complete in the time limit you will earn the items above

You need to have completed the first pregnancy event in the A Bump-y Ride Quest before you can earn the maternity prizes

The Cafe Grande Craft Challenge (available now) will be returning on 30th September for 10 days, complete the event to unlock cafe themed items and the Cafe Grande template

The Oh So Ombre Hair Hobby Event (not available yet) will be back on 6th October for 7 days, complete the fashion designer hobby to unlock all the hairstyles for your adult sims.

FREEZER BUNNY HUNT: Suns Out, Buns Out

On the 14th July you may have seen this fridge prize in your inbox:

This was a teaser for the Freezer Bunny Hunt. There are 3 types of Freezer Bunnies which will be hiding in SimTown and each day of this new update we will receive clues (and a small gift) to our inbox to help us find the hidden Freezer Bunnies at different locations around SimTown.

This is a community event so if one player finds a bunny then that counts for everyone playing (you may not have access to some locations if you are a new player)

NOTE: there is no interaction when you find the bunny, it just needs to be in the frame on your device to be counted

There are 3 phases, each lasting 6 days. If all bunnies have been found at the end of the 6 days we will all receive a prize to our inbox.

Phase 1– 21st July

NEW PREGNANCY EVENT

There are new time limited prizes when you complete the 9 day pregnancy event in the time limit and earn the baby bonus between 7th-19th July

If you start the 9 day pregnancy event anytime during the time frame you have the chance of earning the maternity items in that pack if you complete the event in the time limit, for example if you start a pregnancy event on the 19th July and complete in the time limit you will earn the items above

You need to have completed the first pregnancy event in the A Bump-y Ride Quest before you can earn the maternity prizes

COMMUNITY MARKET

The Community Market is the new way to earn simoleons, customers will request items that you will need to trade to make simoleons. Gardening has been moved to the community market so your sims will be able to grow seeds that customers ask for and fufill their orders to earn simoleons and other rewards, this means you can no longer grow seeds at your own houses.
