The Goodbye, Hanamachi! Craft Challenge (not available yet) will begin on 17th February for 10 days, complete to unlock Hanamachi Central District house template (post coming soon!)
NEW PREGNANCY PRIZES
Complete the 9 day pregnancy event in the time limit and earn the baby bonus between 12th- 18th February to unlock these prizes:
If you start the 9 day pregnancy event anytime during the time frame you have the chance of earning the maternity items in that pack if you complete the event in the time limit, for example if you start a pregnancy event on the 18th February and complete in the time limit you will earn the items above
You need to have completed the first pregnancy event in the A Bump-y Ride Quest before you can earn the maternity prizes
Returning events?
The Joyous Japan/ Welcome to Wabi-Sabi Craft Challenge (not available yet) will be returning on 19th January for 10 days, complete to unlock Japanese and zen themed items and the Zen Den house template
The Romantic Garden Craft Challenge (not available yet) will be back on 3rd February for 10 days, complete to unlock garden items and the secret garden house template
The Embrace the Fro Hair Hobby Event (not available yet) will return on 23rd February for 7 days, complete to unlock hairstyles for your adult sims
What else is new?
- Capsules have replaced the Life Point Lotus, Simoleon Sprout and Social Point Flower so there is no need for a garden patch anymore. You can find these in the online store.
The Simoleon capsule can still be opened every 4 hours (same as you could with the Simoleon Sprout)
When Craft Challenges are available you also have new capsules to open, the Coin Capsule and Mega Coin Capsule replace the Spin Plant and Mega Spin Plant on the Coin Flower Patch
- Enhanced lighting is now available in more community spaces, including the community center, swim center, snow park, stables, health club, campgrounds, romantic island, magical rainforest and downtown high school.
NOTE: if you do not see the enhanced lighting already on your home lots you will not see it at the community spaces (this feature only works on newer devices)
- You will be able to claim 4 different outfits for your feminine adult sims, these are only available for a limited time and can be claimed for free from your inbox from 7am UTC.

- To celebrate Black History Month in February we will be receiving a gift every Sunday for the month of February, each prize is only available for 7 days and can be claimed for free from your inbox from 7am UTC.
