The Sims Freeplay- Street Smarts Hobby Event

THIS EVENT IS OVER

The Street Smarts Hobby event to unlock outfits for your female adult sims by completing the Aerobics hobby is back from the 18th June! You have 9 days to complete the aerobics hobby collection 7 times, each time you complete the collection you unlock a new smart streetwear outfit for your female adults.

If you haven’t completed the A Grooving Guru Quest yet you will not be able to complete this hobby event as you will not have access to the Aerobics Hobby yet

If you completed this event last time it will not appear for you again. If you got some outfits last time you will start from the point you reached so if you got 5 last time you only need to complete the collection 2 more times this time.

If you have completed the quest and haven’t completed this event already you will get a pop up to accept this event, it will remove the aerobic moves you have already created from the collection so you don’t get a head start.

If you say no you can start it from the active tasks tab, you will not get any extra time if you start this late.

YOU NEED TO COMPLETE ALL FOUR ROWS TO GET ONE OUTFIT!!

12 AEROBIC MOVES= 1 FEMALE ADULT OUTFIT

TIPS FOR FINDING THEM ALL IN THE TIME LIMIT:

-have more than one sim working on it, you can buy up to 14 aerobic steps from the promotions r us store and you can also use the one at the health hub so 15 sims can complete this hobby at once (see the Aerobics post for more information)
-if you don’t already have a sim at level 6 then do the longest option until they level up- they level up quickly in this hobby so it won’t take very long! You need to have a sim at level 6 to find all the moves to complete the collection (if you have previously completed the collection you do not need to get another sim to level 6 to complete this)
-if you already have a sim at level 6 or have completed the collection before then do the warm up option over and over
-remember to click start new collection on the aerobics hobby collections list once you have got all the moves
-most importantly: just keep going! I know it’s annoying when you get the same one constantly but you will eventually get the ones you need.

The Sims Freeplay- Chocolatier Special Hobby Event

THIS EVENT IS OVER

The time limited chocolatier hobby event to unlock the gingerbread furniture is back from the 25th March but it is only available for 7 days. You need to complete the chocolatier hobby collection 7 times in the time limit to unlock all the gingerbread furniture packs.

If you completed this event last time you will not get it again, if you unlocked some of the packs last time you will only have to find the ones you have left, for example, if you unlocked 6 packs you will only have to complete the hobby one more time to get the last pack

You need to firstly accept this event, click yes then you can buy a chocolatier bench from the promotions r us store if you haven’t already:

It can then be found in your inventory under hobby and career items so you can place it in your house. Once placed you can select ‘make chocolate’ for 3 hours 15 minutes:

12 CHOCOLATES= 1 GINGERBREAD FURNITURE PACK

TIPS FOR FINDING THEM ALL IN THE TIME LIMIT:

Buy as many chocolatier benches as possible, the maximum is 15 so you could have 15 sims completing this hobby at once
Have a sim in a neighbours town if they have a chocolatier bench so you can have an extra sim working on it
Have at least one sim working on getting to level 6 so all chocolates are unlocked (you only need one sim to reach level 6) you may need to use LPs to speed your way through the levels- I waited until the time was 1 hour 59 minutes and used 1 LP to speed up one sim so they reached level 6
If you do want to speed it up, wait at least 15 minutes until the timer is 2 hours 59 minutes or below then it will only cost you 2LP instead of 3! This post may help if you want a quick way to earn LP
Remember to click ‘start new collection’ on the top of the hobby collection list once you have got all the pieces otherwise you won’t find any new items, this post explains how to do that
Most importantly: just keep going! I know it’s annoying when you get the same one constantly but you will eventually get the ones you need

There are 3 different rug designs and sizes, I have only added all the cream sizes to the picture above but they are the same sizes for the pink and chocolate rugs, these can all be found in the rugs section

The chocolate fountain can be found in the decorations section

The Sims Freeplay- Groovers ‘N’ Movers 2 Hobby Event

PLEASE NOTE: this isn’t the same as the previous groovers n movers event as you unlock different activewear but it has the same name!

This event to unlock activewear outfits is back for 6 days. Complete this Player Favourite Event* by completing the aerobics hobby collection 7 times, each time you complete the collection you unlock a new activewear outfit for male adults and female adults.

*What are Player Favourite Events? These are events or quests you opt in to complete for a second chance to complete them, you will be able to start these within an open period date if you haven’t completed it already. These are optional so you will need to click on the green play button next to the title of the event in the active tasks tab to start: When you click yes it will remove the aerobic moves you have already created from the collection so you don’t get a head start.

If you say no you can start it from the active tasks tab, you will not get any extra time if you start this late.

The Sims Freeplay- Sleek Stockings Event

THIS EVENT IS OVER

A brand new hobby event has begun, complete this event in the 7 day time limit to unlock 12 new pairs of stockings, you unlock 2 styles of the stockings each time you complete the fashion designer hobby collection so you will need to complete the collection 6 times to unlock all the stockings. If you have never done the fashion designer hobby click here for details.

You need to buy a fashion studio from the promotions r us store to complete this hobby

You need to firstly accept this event, it will remove the fashion designs you have already created from the collection so you don’t get a head start.

If you say no you can start it from the active tasks tab, you will not get any extra time if you start this late.

If you already have a sim as a level 6 fashion designer (or previous have) then you will complete this a lot quicker as you aren’t waiting for all the designs to become unlocked.
It is really helpful to have loads of sims doing the hobby, and have them doing the 10 minute option over and over if possible!

YOU NEED TO COMPLETE ALL FOUR ROWS TO GET TWO PAIRS OF STOCKINGS!!

12 FASHION ITEMS= 2 STOCKINGS

TIPS FOR FINDING THEM ALL IN THE TIME LIMIT:

-have more than one sim working on it
-it is easier if you have all the sims in one house, maybe build a room for them so they are all together but you don’t have to!
-if you can, do the 10 minute option over and over, you will find the most designs this way (once you have a sim at level 6)

-have at least one sim at level 6 or working on getting to level 6 (maybe do the 12 hour option) so all designs are unlocked (if you have previously completed the collection you do not need to get another sim to level 6 to complete this)
-remember to click start new collection on the fashion hobby collections list once you have got all the pieces
-most importantly: just keep going! I know it’s annoying when you get the same one constantly but you will eventually get the ones you need.

Prizes– you can find the stockings in the stockings section of the wardrobe for adult female sims. Each prize pack contains two styles of stockings:
