To begin this discovery quest you need to click on the salsa dancers in the park next to the thinking man statue. If you complete this quest in the time limit you will unlock rugs. You can still complete this quest once the time is up to unlock the salsa dancing and breakdancing hobbies but you will not get the rugs
You cannot complete this quest at the same time as any other discovery quest
HOW LONG DOES THIS QUEST TAKE TO COMPLETE?
Times may vary depending on the star rating an item has.
- Watch the dancing couple- 2 minutes
- Enthuse to a sim about dancers- 12 seconds
- Talk to the dancers- 15 minutes
- Drive from the park to the villa (using the red car that appears)
- Have 5 sims at the villa (use whistles on the simtracker)
- Eat Hors D’oeures- 10 minutes (on the table in the villa)
- Have 5 sims cheer on the fantasias- 2 minutes (Can’t cheer on? Send your sim home from the villa and back to the park then use the car again to get back to the villa, the dancers should appear and you should be able to complete this task)
- Have 2 pairs of sims chatting- 10 hours 30 minutes (2 pairs=4 sims)
- Thank the fantasias- 1 minute (select interaction with one of them)
- Have all sims leave the villa (click on the car to drive home or use the simtracker)
- Have a sim hibernate- 19 hours (can be started early)
- Salsa dance to a stereo- 16 seconds
- Read spicy salsa from a bookshelf- 7 hours 30 minutes
- Place an ad on a computer- 12 minutes
- Watch dance lessons on TV- 22 hours

- Have a sim hibernate- 19 hours (can be started early)
- Send a sim to the park
- Investigate meowing – 5 minutes (under bridge in park)
- Rescue cat from under the bridge- 10 hours 30 minutes (what a way to waste time!)
- Have 2 sims at the villa- using the car at the park
- Apologise for being late- 8 seconds (click on one of the fantasias)
- Dance at the villa- 4 hours 30 minutes (sim one clicks on jukebox and selects wait for sim, sim two clicks on jukebox and selects dance with partner)
- Have all sims leave the villa (use the simtracker)

You will need to contact the makers to see if they can fix this for you as I am unable to fix technical issues
My sims won’t cheer on the fantasias, why?
If they are still in the park you won’t be able to complete this goal. Have all sims leave the villa and go back to the park, restart your device and hopefully the dancers should have left the park. Go back to the villa using the car to cheer them on.
The task have two pairs of sims chatting won’t complete, why?
Are you sure you used 2 pairs of sims? (4 sims)
What do you mean when you say a goal can be started early?
Any goal that you can normally do can be started early because you will have access to it and any goal that you can’t normally do you will have to wait until you get the goal to be able to complete it
The tip with this method is to put the sim doing that action early in a different house that you cannot go to until you get that goal or it will not work
Do you get to keep the cat you rescue?
No, you never see the cat
All sims left the villa but it didn’t complete the task, what should I do?
Try and have all your sims not doing any action, this sometimes makes the game recognise you have completed that goal

No it isn’t possible, you have to finish the quest first but you don’t have to finish it in the time, you can take as long as you want to complete it.
Can we finish a quest after the time limit though? I thought this quest will be replaced with another quest. Thanks before!
Yes you can finish after the time limit you just won’t get the prize for completing in time.

watched the dancers in the park, took the car to the villa and looked around for hours but when it needed me to have 5 sims in the villa they were all at work for 9 hours so i left the villa to wait for them to get off but now i cant find figure out how to get back to the villa. the dancers arent in the park no more, and the car is gone to. How do I get back to the villa to bring my sims over and complete the mission?
Try restarting your device a few times until the car reappears as the only way to get back is by using the car at the park
Can i use a toddler to hibernate?
I believe you can in this update, sometimes you can’t though so just keep that in mind.
Hi i collected 3 lots of medals but no matter what i do i cant get the last one not even one what shall i do? I only got 13 hours left and dont play 24/7 does it matter that i dont dance with the same sims all the time but they all are 6/6 level??
There are no tips or tricks to it, you are just going to have to keep going unfortunately, you will get it eventually.

I cant talk to the dancers at the beginning of the quest after watching and talking to another sim about them. it goes down to 2 seconds and suddenly stops… i am using a kindle fire, could the kindle version be the cause?

Your sim needs to not be busy then you go to the park and click the whistle on the simtracker to bring them there

If you have already started it you will need to complete it before you move on, if you haven’t started it yet you can just not click on the dancers in the park to start it
I am at the last task for this quest, where u have to make ur sims leave the villa. I left the villa then pressed the whistle icon, which was the wrong way to do it and now I can’t go back because the car doesn’t appear, so I’m stuck on this quest and I can’t complete it. Do u have any tips?

I had a baby hibernating because all of my Sims were busy. And when he woke up, it said task completed. It was the first hibernation though. And I had an adult Sim hibernating all day long for nothing. Do you think it could work with the second hibernation for this quest as well? I know you specifically said “Don’t use baby”, but it worked the first time.

I say don’t use a baby because previously it wouldn’t work with a baby but if it worked then it will work for the second one too.

No, you need all your sims to leave the villa, not at the villa.
In this task i should make my sims “cheer on” together in the salsa jukebox. But everytime i click on the jukebox and make one on my sim cheer on, they cannot do that… It keeps showing the baloons with the picture of feet, like when you put something in your house but you put it wrong or something blocks the way, therefore we have to move the item. But in the villa we cannot move the jukebox… Then what should i do

I need to have two sims watch a move marathon for this quest, and I need to have one sim watch a move marathon in a neighbor’s city for a social quest. Can the sim watching in the neighbor city count as the second sim for the Dance to Remember Quest? Or do I need three separate sims to complete both movie marathons at once?
Doing it at a neighbours will only complete the neighbour goal and doing it in your town will not complete the neighbour goal so you will need to have one sim at your neighbours and two sims in your town

Have you tried leaving the villa, restarting the device and going back to the villa using the car at the park and seeing if the option reappears?

right now the quest ask me to have a sim hibernate..then i click one of my sim to hibernate.while waiting it finish,can my other sim make another quest like salsa dance to a stereo and read spicy salsa from a bookshelf ?
No you can’t, you can only start tasks you can usually do early so you could have started hibernating before you got the goal.

Hi, this quest got started by me visiting a neighbour (who had Salsa dancers), and it’s asking me to find the dancers in the park but they’re not showing up at all (the nanny is there but not them). I’ve tried restarting my device a few times and they’re still not appearing. Do you think I’d need to contact EA on this one? Not sure why it would start just by me visiting a neighbour though….
I think you should contact EA because you shouldn’t have been able to start this quest in a neighbours town
i dont have the latin villa cap in the park how can i complete the last step?
The last goal is to leave the villa, so send all your sims home from the villa.
I think it has been updated. The hibernate goal did not appear after leaving the villa, and now my sim has started reading the salsa book already.
I have just redone this quest so it is definitely correct.
The dancers are not at the thinking man statue at the park. I don’t have any other discovery quests going on, I’m a level 9, and I even tried restarting my phone but the dancers still aren’t there. help.
As you are on level 9 I wouldn’t recommend doing discovery quests right now anyway, concentrate on the main quests for now and hopefully by the time you are further along in the game the dancers will show up.

Have you finished the quest? If so you cannot get back to the villa.

No, you are meant to make all sims LEAVE the villa not go to the villa.

Buy one from the electronics section if you do not have a stereo.
I’m at the part where I’m supposed to have 2 Sims dance at the jukebox. I had one Sim “Wait for Partner,” but now when I’ve selected another Sim, whenever I click on the jukebox, the option “Dance With Partner” doesn’t appear! All that appears is the little progress bar thing that says “Wait For Partner” and the option to quit the task or speed it up with LPs. The other Sim I have selected is a non-busy adult! Help!
