Starts 12th December

Things are heating up for Christmas this year but can your sims stop Simtown from becoming Sandtown?! There are 13 sets of goals to complete in the 13 day time limit so there is a set of goals to complete each day from the 12th December, if you complete the quest in the time limit you win the Claus Compound house template

You have to wait between completing each set so you complete one set per day, after completing a set you have to wait for a certain amount of time before being able to continue with the quest (the time varies depending on how long you take) unless you are behind then you will move straight onto the next set once you have completed the previous. You can use social points to skip the daybreak but it is very expensive:

TIP: there are lots of tasks that need to be done more than once, you can use LP to skip all these tasks or you can still use the maximum sims you can to complete the task but remember if you just use one sim you will run out of time (the maximum amount of sims you can use will vary depending on the level you are on in the game)

Times may vary depending on the star rating an item has and whether or not your sims are inspired (I only have the times for an inspired sim so each task will take slightly longer with a sim who isn’t inspired)

First set: Complete the first set of goals to unlock the Fancy Bedside Lamp pack (at the end of the post you can find all the information and pictures of all the prizes)

Place 5 Christmas Decorations- you can find these in the featured tab of the home store, the cheapest are the reindeer that cost S500 each (it should work if you place stored items from your inventory)

Investigate weather outside at the X- 57 minutes

Check TV for weather news- 1 hour 35 minutes

Call Pepper from a phone- 30 minutes

Go to the park and talk to Pepper- 38 minutes

Wait for sleigh- 4 hours 26 minutes (X in park)

FIRST SET IS COMPLETE

Research Christmas council- 1 hour (using a computer, you don’t have to use the 1 star computer at the Compound)

Read about council charter 9 times using 9 sims– 8 hours 4 minutes (using a bookshelf) (can skip all for large amount of LP- need to earn LP quickly?)

Call Pepper- 30 minutes

SECOND SET IS COMPLETE

Thirteenth Set: Claus Compound

You will find Claus Compound under the driveway homes tab on a standard or premium residence, the first one is free, after that the cost in simoleons depends on how many houses you have already built.

This house comes with a garage that will fit 4 cars! The other three car parking spaces in the garage need to be unlocked by purchasing with simoleons:

Additional Space One: S250,000
Additional Space Two: S750,000
Additional Space Three: S1,500,000

Once you purchase an additional space you will be able to add another car but you need to have more than one adult/senior sim living in this house to add more than one car otherwise it will just switch their car to the new one you have just brought. For example if you wanted 3 cars in this house you need 3 adult or senior sims living in this house.

The house is exactly the same on the standard and premium residence, the only thing that is different is the garden:

This house template is on a brand new, amazing looking lot. It is meant to be Santa’s LA home.

This lot included a huge pool that your sims can use. You can also find the mailbox by the wall at the front of the house:

You can’t edit the pool or anything outside the normal grid area (18×18 on standard and 36×18 on premium)

I really like this house, I personally would build it on the standard residence rather than premium as the pool isn’t any bigger on the premium so you just have empty space at the end and the garden on the premium is disappointing.

Wumples has come from The Sims Freeplay to see what is going on in The Sims Mobile and she has brought with her a new quest Wumples Wishlist! Completing this limited time quest in the 5 day time limit unlocks the Tulip Shell, Abalone Shell and 10 Fashion Gems.

This quest has Chapters, you have a chapter to complete each day, if you complete a chapter within 24 hours you will need to wait for the next day for the next chapter to begin. THIS QUEST IS OVER

Christmas seems to be on track this year, will your sims get the chance to have a holiday instead? No chance! Join them for this 13 day quest from the 12th December! There are 13 sets of goals to complete in the 13 day time limit so there is a set of goals to complete each day, if you complete the quest in the time limit you win the amazing Albion Square template! Make sure you update your game to the 2020 Christmas update to be able to start this quest

TIP: there are lots of tasks that need to be done more than once, this year you can use LP to skip all these tasks or you can still use the maximum sims you can to complete the task but remember if you just use one sim you will run out of time (the amount of sims you need to complete an action will probably vary depending on the level you are on but the amounts shown in this post are the maximum)

First set: Complete the first set of goals to unlock the Pruned Plants and Planks pack (at the end of the post you can find all the information and pictures of all the prizes)

Place 5 Christmas Decorations- you can find these in the featured tab of the home store, the cheapest are the reindeers that cost S500 each but it seems to work if you place stored items from your inventory

Build a snowman- 10 minutes (x at front of sims house)

Talk to the snowman- 30 minutes

De-stress on a couch- 2 hours

Research holiday destinations- 1 hour 16 minutes (on a computer)

Talk to the snowman again- 3 hours 50 minutes

Wait for Santa’s sleigh in the park- 4 hours 40 minutes (click on x)

FIRST SET IS COMPLETE

Inspect present machine- 45 minutes

Send all sims home
Resume holiday research- 2 hours 20 minutes (on a couch)

SECOND SET IS COMPLETE

Send all sims home
Book overseas holiday- 4 hours 30 minutes (select the option on a dining table with a chair)

Give Pepper some warmthfulness therapy- 2 hours 50 minutes

Check simbnb confirmation- 24 minutes (on a computer)

Find 36 winter socks- 8 hours 30 minutes (select this option on objects around your sims houses) NOTE: there is no maximum on how many sims you can have completing these tasks that require multiple sims so have as many as possible completing them

Call a cab- 24 minutes (from a phone)

FOURTH SET IS COMPLETE

Go to Albion Square (using a phone) TIP: if you leave Albion Square during the quest use the phone to get back there

Collect the key from Carole- 10 minutes

Albion Square is the stunning house template you unlock if you complete this quest in the time limit, it is actually 3 houses in 1. Carole can be found in the house furthest from the park area, Fran the ghost is in the house closest to the park and our sims simbnb is the house in the middle where Paul the ghost can be found:

Inspect the house- 1 hour 15 minutes (click on the x in front of the middle house)

Have a rest in bed- 2 hours 30 minutes (Albion Square bed) can be completed in 2 hours 20 minutes using a 3 star bed at home

Search for noise 14 times- 8 hours 30 minutes (click on 14 items around Albion Square and your sims homes) (can skip all for large amount of LP- need to earn LP quickly?)

FIFTH SET IS COMPLETE

Thirteenth Set: Albion Square

You will find Albion Square under the driveway homes tab on a standard or premium residence, the first one is free, after that the cost in simoleons depends on how many houses you have already built. You can add up to 4 cars to this house lot!

The other three car parking spaces need to be unlocked by purchasing with simoleons:

Additional Space One: S250,000
Additional Space Two: S750,000
Additional Space Three: S1,500,000

Once unlocked you will be able to interact with all the surrounding areas too such as the Christmas tree, phone booth, sled in the park and be able to collect your daily reward from the snowy red mail box:

I really love this house template, I love the London theme and the fact that there are 3 townhouses in one really fits in with that. This still works like a normal house so you can only have 4 sims living here at one time.

You could always demolish this house and build one house in it’s spot if you would prefer.

The only difference between the standard and the premium is the back garden is bigger on the premium and there is a little park behind the houses. I don’t think the extra park is needed so I prefer this house on the standard residence.

The standard is 18×18 and the premium is 18×36 so you can only edit the house, you can’t edit the park area next to the house or across the road. On the premium the little park behind the houses is in the grid so you could replace that with another house if you wanted to:
