The Sims Mobile- Treasure Hunt: The Fright Night Event

The latest Treasure Hunt Event, Fright Night has started for 11 days. You need to be at level 5 or over to be able to participate in this event. (update your game to the latest update to begin)

How does the Treasure Hunt Event work? As they all work in a similar way you can find my Guide to Treasure Hunt Events here, in this post I will be showing you all the prizes available for this event and the quest goals to be completed.

Smallfry’s Quest for Treasure

These are the same for each Treasure Hunt event but the main prize for completing the quest will change each time, there are 8 parts to complete:

1.Start the Research: Home Clue Hunt event Reward: 10 Clues, Venue (Investigation) and Dig Site 1 (Expedition)

2.Earn 150 Ancient Relics Reward: 40 Ancient Relics and 4 Clues

3.Complete 2 Research: Home Clue Hunt events Reward: 10 Golden Bunnies, Dig Site 2 (Expedition) and Clue Boost 1

4.Complete 5 Expedition events Reward: 60 Ancient Relics and 6 Clues

5.Complete 2 Investigation events Reward: 80 Ancient Relics and 8 Clues

6.Complete 3 Research: Home Clue Hunt events Reward: 20 Golden Bunnies, Dig Site 3 (Expedition) and Clue Boost 2

7.Complete Smallfry’s Dig Site 3 times Reward: 100 Ancient Relics

8.Earn 30 Golden Bunnies Reward: Main Prize

QUEST IS COMPLETE!

The Stylishly Striped Pants are the prize for completing the quest in this event:

Prizes

There are 14 prizes you need to uncover by buying with ancient relics and golden bunnies. You need to ‘excavate’ the treasure (prizes) from the layer above to uncover and be able to purchase the prize below so the two prizes directly above the item you want need to be unlocked before you can unlock that prize. Once all those prizes have been purchased you will be able to claim the treasure chest which contains the Toil and Trouble Cauldron, Art Nouveau Staircase and Spellcasting Student Haircut for female adult sims:

The Sims Mobile- Haunted Halloween 2020 Update

As well as The Sims Mobile Haunted Halloween Update containing loads of new Halloween themed events it also makes a major change to the action feature!

Before the update when your sims completed actions a green tick would appear after 5 seconds, once clicked you would receive your reward for completing that action, in this latest update you will receive the reward as soon as you start the action and the green tick won’t appear so you can create some amazing screenshots without it being in the way!

As there isn’t the 5 second timer anymore your sims will continue that actions animation until you click to complete another action, so you can stay on it for as long or as short a time as you like allowing you to complete events quicker.

This is a permanent change which works for all events including Sweet Treat Showdowns, Eco Workshop and Treasure Hunts as well as Wumples and other quests.

The only actions that haven’t been changed are risky actions, you will still see the green tick on these for now.

What else is new?

Fright Night Treasure Hunt– complete to unlock Halloween themed items from 26th October for 11 days, check out my Treasure Hunt post for more information on how to complete this type of event

Treatsylvania Haunt Sweet Treat Showdown rerun- this Halloween themed event will be returning on 12th November for 11 days, check out my post here

LEVEL UNLOCKS: 6 UNLOCKS: JEANS, SHIRT & 10 FASHION GEMS TIME LIMIT: 5 DAYS

THIS QUEST STARTS ON 18th OCTOBER AT 10am

Wumples has come from The Sims Freeplay to see what is going on in The Sims Mobile and she has brought with her a new quest Wumples Wishlist! Completing this limited time quest in the 5 day time limit unlocks the Flared Out Jeans, Two-Tone Patterned Shirt and 10 Fashion Gems.

This quest has Chapters, you have a chapter to complete each day, if you complete a chapter within 24 hours you will need to wait for the next day for the next chapter to begin. Chapters will continue to unlock even if you haven’t finished the previous one so once you have completed the previous chapter the next one will begin straight away.

There are 8 parts to complete in the time limit to earn 10 Royal Treat Tokens:

1.Play 1 Sweet Treat Challenge Reward: 20 Sweet Treat Tokens and 10XP

2.Play 3 Sweet Treat Challenges Reward: 40 Sweet Treat Tokens and 10XP

3.Collect 500 Sweet Treat Tokens (by completing the challenges and events) Reward: 60 Sweet Treat Tokens and 10XP

4.Play 5 Sweet Treat Challenges Reward: 80 Sweet Treat Tokens and 10XP

5.Collect 700 Sweet Treat Tokens Reward: 120 Sweet Treat Tokens and 10XP

6.Play 7 Sweet Treat Challenges Reward: 160 Sweet Treat Tokens and 10XP

7.Collect 5 Royal Treat Tokens Reward: 220 Sweet Treat Tokens and 10XP

8.Play 10 Sweet Treat Challenges Reward: 300 Sweet Treat Tokens and 10XP

QUEST IS COMPLETE!

Prizes

There are 48 Sweet Treat Boxes to open with 400 Sweet Treat Tokens each time and 24 Royal Treat Boxes to open with 10 Royal Treat Tokens each time:

Each time you will unlock a new prize (or colour swatch for an item you have already unlocked) and you can buy multiples of each item once you have placed the first one!

If you unlock all the boxes (72 in total) you will unlock the grand prizes which are the Collegiate Bunk Bed, Larry the Lobster Head and Body and RC Quadcopter:

You can buy the Sweet Treat Pro Ticket for real money but remember you are only buying it for this one event, for the next Sweet Treat Event you would have to buy it again if you wanted these perks again.
