Completing this quest allows your sims to get married and if you complete within 1 day you unlock the wedding bundle. If you don’t complete within the time you can still complete the quest and get your sims married you just won’t get the wedding outfits prize.
NOTE: the key to completing this quest is to not be romantic until you are told because if you become partners too soon you will be unable to continue this quest with those two sims

- Quick Rinse- 5 seconds (using a shower)
- Get 2 sims in one house (use the whistle on the simtracker to bring another sim to this house)
- Be romantic with another sim- 1 minute [inspired: 57 seconds] (select the interaction between two sims)
- Make an espresso- 20 seconds [inspired: 19 secs] (if blue footprints appear read this post)
- Flirt with another sim- 5 minutes [inspired: 4 mins 45 secs] (select the interaction between two sims)
- Form a budding romance (be romantic again, a pop up will appear to say they are in a budding relationship)
- Have 2 sims watch a rom-com- completes straight away
Click watch a rom-com on TV with one sim then the other sim clicks join in, this will complete as soon as the second sim starts, so you can cancel the action before they finish by clicking on the sim and selecting the red x on the action progress bar
- Form a dating relationship (be romantic 3 times until this happens)
- Make a sim kiss another sim on the cheek- 2 seconds (needs to be dating to do this, don’t become partners until you have done this!!)
- Send a sim home (click on the house with the arrow inside it button on the simtracker)
- ‘Fantasize’ in a bed- 5 minutes [inspired: 3 mins 48 secs]
- Have 2 sims in the same house
- Form a partner relationship (be romantic 6 times until this happens)
- Have 2 sims woohoo- 5 minutes [inspired: 4 mins 45 secs] (select the interaction between two sims)
- Get engaged (propose marriage- 6 seconds) (select the interaction between two sims)

Why do blue footprints appear when I try to use an item?
Blue footprints appear when your sim cannot access an item you want them to use, you need to either rotate the item or move an item that has been placed in front of it so they can use it
Why can’t my sim kiss another sim on the cheek?
You have probably been romantic too many times, you need to be dating to get this interaction, if they are already partners you won’t be able to do this task. To get around this you need a sim to be romantic to a different sim until they are dating so you can complete this goal
How do I send a sim home?
Click on the house with the arrow in it button next to a sim who isn’t busy on the simtracker
I can’t be romantic, why?
You cannot be romantic until you get the goal in this quest to be romantic

Click on your two romantic sims who are engaged and click move in
my move in together quest has been finished already because it came first before te call a friend and now im done calling a friend and it goes back to the move in task. but im already finish in that task i cant complete it. what will i do?
This seems like a glitch so there isn’t much I can suggest but if you close your game and open it again it may stop repeating the tasks
Buy 2 roses???? what kind of roses ? and i don’t have garden section do u mean flower and plants section, also there is no roses for free , and i bought 2 pink roses and anthoer red roses but it didn’t work. 😦
garden section, flower and plants tab- there is a free flower (red flowers in a vase) and you need to buy two of them.

You don’t have a dog in your first house? There should be one in there unless they have changed this in the recent update

I didn’t get one either. I’ve been trying to find info as to why and haven’t had any luck so far. I installed and started playing the game in August 2014, I do know that two of my friends, who have installed it after me both received dogs, so it doesn’t appear to be a change in gameplay. Very puzzling. 😦

I have two married sims and their marriage bar is blue. Is it bad or good? I am confused. Is it a glitch?
It should be pink, have they done friendly actions to each other recently? That would turn it blue
I was kinda disappointed with not getting the wedding bundle, the reason I didn’t get it was because the park takes 1 month to build and I had 2 days to get the wedding bundle, in the end I used a time cheat which is very unlike me!

You cannot kiss on the cheek when they are partners you need to be at the dating stage. You will have to do this again with 2 other sims

I was at Level 6 and started the Love Is In the Air Quest. Bumped up to Level 7 and the relationships reset and now when I try make fancy coffee I get the blue feet. The choice for flirting has disappeared too.

I’m not sure why you can’t flirt now though!
I solved this problem by having a different sim make the fancy coffee. Now at two and a half sims and having the same problem with make a double shot. Have tried with every sim I have and get the blue footprints. Have 2 sims currently at work. Hopefully when they get off, it will work for one of them. Playing on a kindle. Don’t know if that contributes to the problems I have.

You just need to rotate the coffee machine
My sim is doing the sleeping thru the Alarm part and the time it’s giving me isn’t enough time to have my sim finish sleeping
in future quests its a good idea to start tasks such as sleeping through the alarm early, you can do this for any of the tasks you can usually do so any gardening or baking task can be started early.
this means that if you have a long task that needs to be done when the goal appears that lasts 1 day, using my posts you can see that the next one is also a day 1 but you can start early for example grow pumpkins you can put the pumpkins on at a different house at roughly the same time but don’t go to that house until you get the goal. once grow pumpkins appears you can go there and complete the task and you have saved yourself a day 🙂 I hope this helps!

I am aware they are no longer updating windows version of the Sims freeplay but I wish they would fix some of the glitches as I have found quite a few but none of them have really effected me, untill now..
I’m on the love is in the air quest “propose to a sim” and it has given me the eternity ring and says ‘free’ underneath when I click on propose but she I click. On the ring it says that I need more lifestyle points to build this.

You need to complete the two and a half sims quest to unlock cribs, once you get the goal to buy a crib you can find them in the children’s store.

Go on the park, click on the ducks and select the option to ask about ring

you need to get 5 of your sims to come to the house, to do this they need to not be busy then go to the house you want them at, you need to find them in the simtracker and click on the whistle to bring them to that house
I don’t have the love is in the air quest, and I’m already at level 7! Is there anything wrong? The best friend bar also will not go up. I’ve tried being rude and complaining, and that made the bar go up, but once it reached the max, it dropped back to good friend again
Be patient, it will appear at some point.

I can’t build the park! I already got the goal, enough money, I’m level 7, I have 7 sims, and 8 houses. I kept clicking the “build” (it’s green in colour) button but it doesn’t do anything. This sounds like a glitch, I think you should contact EA so they know about the problem and can try and fix it for you 🙂

you need to click on the whistle next to her picture in the simtracker while at the boys house, to send home you click on the house with an arrow in it picture on the simtracker again next to her picture

You need to get them married at the house you want them to live in, so send them home from the park (using the house with an arrow in it symbol on the simtracker) and then go to the house of one of them, where you want them to live and call the other sim to the house (using the whistle in the simtracker) then try again. You don’t need to send them back to the park
How can I get a three star bed
Go to buy mode, go to the bedroom section and next to beds you will see 1, 2 or 3 stars, click on a 3 star one to place in your house

If your sim lives in house 1, you can send them to house 2 to sleep, to do this you go to house 2 (make sure the sim isn’t busy) and click on the whistle in the simtracker to bring them to that house, make sure there is a bed there and then select an option for them to sleep there 🙂 I hope this helps!

SIMFM Hottest 100 (have 5 sims dance to this).
I started playing this recently, & that is not part of this quest anymore. I had my sims doing that part, & I had to waste a LOT of LP’s to make them stop dancing. Otherwise, they would’ve been dancing until AFTER this quest was over. (I did finish it in time, but I only had 1 or 2 minutes left when I did because of that un-needed dancing.) I know that the dancing part was probably a part of this quest originally, so I don’t blame you for this, but I hope that you can update your guide for this quest.
You didn’t need to waste LPs just click on them dancing and click the x and they will stop.
And yes it was part of the quest originally, I can only do this twice on both devices so if no one tells me it has changed I can’t know, thanks for letting me know.

the next step should be call a friend, when it says you have completed the goal just wait and the next one will appear telling you what to do

skipping time is cheating but you can start the goal early (before it tells you to do it) so that it finishes earlier

Go to the bedroom section of the home store and look for the beds, find one with 3 stars next to it and if you have enough money right now buy it, if not save up

You don’t move 5 sims in, 5 sims just need to be in one house, click on the whistle next to each sim to bring them to one house.

You can’t just have two sims, make two others be romantic until they are dating.

Are you sure you are clicking in the right place, the ducks are near the middle of the park, in the pond, next to the bridge. Even if you weren’t on this goal yet you can still click on them as there is an option to feed them.
