Completing this quest unlocks the restaurant once unlocked you can repair the restaurant like you repair the stables and then it will be ready to use! If you complete this quest in the time limit you will unlock the chef outfits for your adult sims. You can still complete this quest once the time is up to unlock the restaurant but you won’t get the chef outfits

Select cooking on stove, pick dish, click on bubble above sims head when dish is ready

How do I cook a dish for Wumples?
Click on a stove and select cooking, pick the dish (cheese on toast is the quickest but you will need a toaster) wait for it to be cooked and then click on the bubble that appears above your sims head when the dish is ready
Why do blue footprints appear when I try to use an item?
Blue footprints appear when your sim cannot access an item you want them to use, you need to either rotate the item or move an item that has been placed in front of it so they can use it
How do I serve the food?
Click on the plates and select the option
I cannot find Wumples/Santa/Grouch! What should I do?
Firstly restart your device then try looking around all your houses in simtown for them, they have got to be somewhere!
Pizza is locked, how do I cook it?
Your sim needs to be level 2 at cooking and have a microwave at that house
I cannot make the quiche, it is greyed out, why?
Your sim needs to be level 4 at cooking and have a 2 star fridge and stove
How do I give the mud pie to the Grouch? It disappeared!
You don’t see the mud pie, just click on the Grouch and select the option to give mudpie
My game says there is something under construction when I try to open the front door, what do I do?
Firstly you need to read the pop up as it tells you exactly what is under construction, once you have go there and click on it to finish building, then you will be able to open the front door to the restaurant (it will be something you have built previously but probably just haven’t clicked to finish building yet!)

I clicked on a garden patch with an adult,and instead of the vegetables showing up,it gave me two choices,one,plant,two,make a mudpie.and it was still 3 hours

yes but you need to be in the same house that you ring the judge and cook at so you need to plan well or you will finish cooking too early

no you don’t, you need to be at level 4 in cooking, have a sim cook until they reach level 4.

You don’t need to get those to unlock level 4, you just have to cook until you reach level 4

Sorry auto correct if I am trying to unlock the quiche then what type of foods do I need to keep cooking
You can cook anything, I would just do cheese and tomato on toast over and over again until you reach that level
I did do it over and over again but it saying that if I get all these collectables then I will get 5 laps when I completed that it sayed the same thing.

Build the restaurant – it cost me 200.000 Simoleons and took around 17 hours to be build (I can’t remember the exact time, it might have been 16 or 19h..)
Call a sim to the restaurant
Be nice to the Grouch – 4 minutes
Taste the Grouchs special dish – 1 minute (click on grouch)
Complain to the Grouch – 2 hours 10 minutes
Call the first judge on a phone – 4 minutes
Take Wumples order – 5 minutes (he will appear at the house you are at)
Cook any dish for Wumples – 1 minute (cheese on toast)
Serve food to Wumples – 10 minutes (click plate for the option)
Call the second judge on a phone – 4 minutes
Take Santas order – 5 minutes
Cook pizza for Santa – 40 minutes (you need to be level 2 at cooking and have a microwave) – (can be started early)
Serve food to Santa – 10 minutes (click plate for the option)

I’m looking at this way early but I do not under stand how many days I have to complete the quest
the time limit will be at the top of the quest task when you start it
All these comments are confusing me. As of the current Christmas update, will I really need a toddler to make the mud pie? Or is an adult enough to do the job? Please help me because I aged all my toddlers to preteens after completing the preteens’ quest, and I’m so not willing to spend my LPs for another baby to toddler.

Try going to a different house, Wumples may follow you there, if he doesn’t you may need to contact EA about this issue.

In the wardrobe for an adult sim under outfits, but only if you complete this quest in the time limit.
