MAIN/ PROGRESSION QUESTS
Main/Progression Quests have to be completed in the order they appear on this page, even if you are on a high enough level to unlock another one, the previous quest has to be completed first.

- Bread Winner– unlocks the cooking hobby (level 6)
- Money Grows On Trees– unlocks the garden patches, simoleon sprout and life point lotus plants (level 6)
- Love Is In The Air– unlocks the ability to get your sims married (level 7)
- Two and a Half Sims– unlocks babies (level 8)
- Ocean View Estate– unlocks the beach side premium houses (level 9)
- The Mysterious Island– unlocks the island and monuments to get bonuses on actions (level 10)
- Raiders of the Lost Artifacts– find materials to build the monuments (level 10)
- Need for Steed– unlocks stable and horses (level 11)
- A Quest for Toddlers– unlocks toddlers (level 12)
- It’s All Going Swimmingly– unlocks the swimming center and garden pools (level 13)
- The Hidden Unicorn– unlocks the show jumping hobby (level 14)
- In Da Clubhouse– unlocks a toddler hobby *this quest requires a toddler sim* (level 14)
- Preparing for Preteens– unlocks preteens (level 15)
- Sous Judgemental– unlocks the restaurant (level 16)
- An Alien Concept: Weather Machines– unlocks the weather machine and snow park (level 16)
- Multi Story Renovations– unlocks multi story houses (level 17)
- Teenagers– unlocks teens (level 18)
- Higher Education– unlocks education for teens (level 19)
- The Pirate and His Goddess– unlocks pirate ship *this quest requires a teenage sim* (level 19)
- The Road to Fame– unlocks teens musical hobby *this quest requires a teenage sim* (level 20)
- Adulthood– unlocks the ability to age teens to adults (level 21)
- Ghost Hunters– unlocks the ghost hunting hobby and haunted items (level 22)
- Seniors– unlocks seniors (level 23)
- Bird Feeding– unlocks seniors hobby (level 24)
- In Stitches– unlocks seniors hobby (level 25)
- Life Dreams and Legacies– unlocks death and automatic ageing (level 26)
FEATURE QUESTS
Feature Quests unlock and introduce a new feature, they are shorter than main or discovery quests and there is no time limit or time limited prize available. It costs simoleons to start these quests (cost varies depending on your level) You cannot complete a feature quest if you are currently completing a discovery quest or another feature quest
- Cars In Lots– unlocks the ability to add cars anywhere on your house lot, find Lee the mechanic at the nightclub to begin (level 26)
- L-Shaped Rooms– unlocks the ability to build l-shaped rooms, find Lee the mechanic at the nightclub to begin (level 26)
DISCOVERY QUESTS
Discovery Quests can be completed in any order (although some will only appear once a previous discovery quest has been completed) but you can only complete one discovery quest at a time. You cannot complete a discovery quest if you are currently completing a feature quest
- Love and Treasure– unlocks the private island house lot, build the private island to begin (level 7)
- A Bump-y Ride- unlocks pregnancy, build the maternity store to begin (level 8)
- Book Of Spells– unlocks spell casting hobby, build the sorcerous supplies to begin (level 8)
- Saved by the Spell– complete the book of spells quest and find the wizard in the park to begin (level 8)
- A Dance To Remember– unlocks salsa dancing hobby, click on the dancers next to the thinking man statue in the park to begin (level 9)
- The Grooving Guru– unlocks the aerobics hobby, build the health hub to begin (level 9)
- Nanny Knows Best- unlocks new baby interactions, find the nanny in the park to begin *this quest requires a baby sim* (level 10)
- Back to the Wall– unlocks feature walls, talk to Summer in the park to begin (level 10)
- Vacationers Guide to the Outdoors- unlocks the campgrounds content, build the campgrounds to begin (level 11)
- Extreme Home Takeover– unlocks the ability to submit your houses for other players to build, talk to the realtor in the park to begin (level 11)
- A Puppy Odyssey – unlocks puppies and kittens, find the puppy in the park to begin (level 11)
- The Sunset Mall– unlocks mall content, build the mall to begin (level 12)
- Pretty Little Planters– unlocks a second floor to the mall, build the escalator at the mall to begin (level 13)
- Super Toddler Secret Mission- unlocks the finger painting hobby, find the super hero toddler at the stables to begin *this quest requires a toddler sim* (level 13)
- Strange Things In Simtown– unlocks super villain outfits for your toddlers, find the super villain at the park once you have completed the super toddler secret mission quest *this quest requires a toddler sim* (level 13)
- Royal Lineage– unlocks the castle, build the castle on the mysterious island to begin (level 14)
- Simtown Express – unlocks the downtown area and hospital profession workplace, build the simtown express to begin once you have completed the mysterious island quest (level 15)
- Sims and the City– unlocks penthouse apartment templates in downtown, talk to the director sim in the park once you have completed the simtown express quest (level 15)
- Teacher’s Pet– unlocks the Downtown High School, build the school in downtown once you have completed the simtown express quest to begin (level 15)
- DIY Homes: Peaceful Patios– unlocks patios, find the woman wearing the hard hat in the park (Bree) to begin (level 15)
- DIY Homes: Lovey Dovey Balcony– unlocks balconies, find Bree in the park again once you have completed the multi story renovations quest (level 17)
- DIY Homes: Basement of Kings– unlocks basements, find Bree in the park again once you have completed the lovey-dovey balcony quest (level 17)
- DIY Homes: All Mezzed Up– unlocks mezzanine floors (indoor balconies), find Bree in the park again once you have completed the basements of kings quest (level 17)

I didn’t complete in the time limit, can I restart the quest?
No, you cannot redo quests
Can I still get the prize if I don’t complete a quest in the time limit?
No, the only way to get the limited time prizes is by completing the quest in the time limit
I don’t like this quest! Can I just skip it?
No, you have to complete this quest before you can move onto the next one
What do you mean when you say a goal can be started early?
Any goal that you can normally do can be started early because you will have access to it and any goal that you can’t normally do you will have to wait until you get the goal to be able to complete it
The tip with this method is to put the sim doing that action early in a different house that you cannot go to until you get that goal or it will not work
Some times are slightly different on my game, why is this?
Times may vary depending on the star rating of the item you are using as the higher star rating an item has the quicker you will complete a goal
Some times are really off/ different goals show for me, why is this?
This will be because the quest has been updated recently, I try my best to keep the posts up to date but it is difficult as I cannot redo every quest each time the game is updated. If you notice any changes please let me know so I can update the post
Main Quests
I have missed a main quest! Why can’t I start it yet?
You cannot miss main quests they have to be completed in the order they appear in this post
Can I complete a main quest even though I am passed the level it unlocks at?
Yes, it will start automatically once previous quests have been completed
What happens if I don’t complete in the time limit, can I still finish a main quest?
Yes you have to finish it before you can move onto the next quest
Discovery Quests
Can I do discovery quests at the same time as a main quest?
Yes you can
Why can’t I do a discovery quest yet?
You cannot do more than one discovery quest at the same time, if you are currently on another one you will not be able to do this one until that one is completed
Do I have to do a discovery quest?
If you don’t start a discovery quest you don’t have to do it at all but if you have already started it you need to complete it before you can move on to the next quest
I haven’t started a discovery quest yet, will it still be available when I want to do it?
Yes it will be, you can choose to start discovery quests whenever you like, there is no rush!

yes you can purchase them or they can be found in the player designer house, and I think there is another house but I can’t remember which one right now, sorry!

Regular but it’s called a discovery quest because you have to click on the dancers in the park to start it

Sorry if someone have answered this before, how do I make money without making experience points? I kept planting plants to have enough money to buy the pet store ( I caculated that it will cost 150,000😱) . And now I think I broke my quest waiting in queue record, 4 quest!!😱 Please help me before I got overwhelmed by more quest! P.S : I am still at Need For Steed, as I told you in the other comments.

Hi, please I have a question…I found almost every answer on your page, but can’t find this. I’m on the level 14, have 6 sims and one baby sim. Don’t want them more!!! And that’s the problem…I always struggle with requirement to have them more when I want to complete some quest. Now it’s Mysterious island quest, where I need to have 8 sims, but I’m satisfied with my 7!!! Is there any chance how to complete it with only 7 sims? Maybe using LP? But getting LP is sooo hard and I really don’t want to pay for it…

There isn’t really anything you can do apart from add more sims or just stop doing the quests
Ah so, after all, thank you very much for your answer!!! If I can bother you again…I have another problem…I build a new house for my two sims. Actually, now they are married and they live together with other pair, but they’re just partners. Is there any possibility to relocate that married pair to a new house? Or do I have to relocate all of them? Will be any chance then to return those two partners back to previous house? Don’t know if it’s clear enough, English is not my native language…Thank you again for your help!!!
You could relocate one of the partners to another house, then get that partner to ask the other partner to move in, that should work
I finished Life and Dreams Quest and on level 39. But for some reason I no longer get quests….. Never got the Xmas one nor new years or salsa…. Etc. Plus I see an ad sometimes promoting a quest but nothing shows up.

Thank you for your blog, it is really helpful! I read thru the questions about quests and I don’t believe my question has been asked…if it has, I apologize for the redundancy. If a quest has passed and not completed in time, is there anyway to open what it would have unlocked? Specifically speaking, the multi-story quest. I am on level 30 (something) but can’t build a second story then I realized I must not have completed the quest in time…oops! Is there anyway to unlock stairs and multi-stories?! Thanks!
You can’t pass or miss out on a quest, you need to complete previous quests before it will unlock, it will be in your quest queue
And you still have to complete a quest once the time limit is over before you can move on.
What happens after you have finished all of the quests?

None of my neighbors have a cat for me to hug to complete a quest, and browse the Internet quest for keys?? Huh? Smh what to do!
you need to find a neighbour who has a cat or skip with LPs
the browse the internet for keys is a weekly task which you have to do in your own town

It seems the most recent update has made it so you can no longer read ‘weird world of wands’ at wizards house (22 hours 30 minute) early. Not sure if this has been happening to others as well. So just a heads up I suppose. I had to spend more LP than I care to admit because of this update. I was not amused.

When you build the mall do you have to have no quests in the queue to be able to the sunset mall quest
no, you can do it, it is a discovery quest so as long as you aren’t doing the book of spells or a dance to remember you can do it straight away.

Hi again. So yesterday (Sunday) for just a short time my party boat finally worked. Now when I click on it, it says I am not logged in on FB but I am. When I click log in it says there was a problem logging in when there shouldn’t be since I am logged in. Anyone else having that issue? And, how do I know when there is an update to the game? I have received nothing telling me when there is an update. Is there something I am supposed to be doing to find out there is one? As before. Thank you for your help and any info you may have and, thank you for creating this site.
Are you sure you have internet?
Try logging out of facebook and back in on the game, that usually fixes that issue for me
A pop up usually appears on the game a few days before an update is released, or you can like the sims freeplay on facebook and that will keep you up to date, then you will have to go on the app store when it is released to update so just look everyday once you know a new update is coming or you can wait until a pop up appears in your game telling you a new update is out

Just to let you know that the time on the show jumping hobby is currently 7 hours on a 3 star horse. You have it as 9 hours.
It’s still too blooming long! My poor horse and rider have been going round and round for days!

keys are a form of currency, you use the keys to buy a box, in the box you get prizes, I am working on a post at the moment about the mystery box shop, and what you can win in the boxes.
