- Have a toddler take a catnap- 30 minutes (looks like you don’t have to use the toddler bed anymore for this!)
- Send toddler to swim center
- Explore magic castle- 2 minutes 33 seconds
- Ask wumples to read to your toddler- 5 minutes (wumples is the rabbit standing at the entrance to the swim center)
- Feed toddler a snack (need an adult sim to do this but the adult is not required for the whole hour)-1 hour
- Have toddler play with cat at swim center- 6 seconds
- Have toddler search a tree at swim center for torn page- 8 hours 30 minutes
- Talk to professor cat- 24 seconds
- Have a cat holiday in the playhouse- 2 hours 10 minutes
- Have a toddler dance with a tree- 3 minutes 12 seconds
- Ask wumples to read to your toddler- 5 minutes
- Have a toddler take a catnap- 30 minutes
- Talk to the swim center elephant- 6 hours 20 minutes
- Send adult to the swim center
- Clean up pee puddles- 3 seconds (your sim only needs to clean up one)

You need to complete the hobby collection first using the playhouse at the swim center, once completed you will unlock the playhouse to buy and place in your houses

Is the prize worth it? Its a nice toddler toy but it is very expensive after the first one, all you can do is ride the big wheeled trike for 1 minute like you do in the quest

This one is adorable! I wasn’t thrilled about the 20LP price tag, but they are awarding LPs during the quest for completing tasks. It’s something 😉And I do want the trike & clubhouses for my toddlers.
I don’t like the how much lp it costs either but I do love that they award lp for during the quest soon enough you will have enough lp if you really want the prize 😊
Yes, if they (e a) wishes for us to try to beat the deadline they should at least give us the prize for free, not just unlock. For most of the Quests I’ve done I haven’t even tried to rush. It’s just not worth it sometimes. And I also have a life outside of games…..lol as much as I would love to stay home and play all the time.

You keep repeating this but you don’t explain HOW to get the playhouse in our own house. Can the playhouse only be used at the swim centre?
Yes the thing I keep repeating tells you!- complete the quest using the playhouse at the swim center to unlock the playhouse for your homes!
I believe you are assuming that everyone can actually see the playhouse in their buy mode catalogue. What this person (and others) is/are saying is that after they complete the quest, the playhouse does not show up in the toddler section of buy mode… at all. You cannot place something that you cannot buy. I am having the same issue. So no, simply completing the quest does not work for all. It must be a bug.
No I’m not! The playhouse is not in the buy mode yet, I’ve said several times now that you have to complete the hobby to unlock the playhouse for your houses!
It’s not a bug- complete the hobby collection, unlock the playhouse to buy and place at your houses- simple!
What weightlessmagic is telling us is that you cannot buy the playhouse since it is not in buy mode… YET. The playhouse will be available to be bought only if you complete the collection of the playhouse hobby, and you can only use the playhouse at the swimming center in completing the collection. The playhouse hobby can only be unlocked if you finish the quest. Simple as that.

wumples is never outside the swim center it hasn’t came out for a week.
This sounds like a glitch, there isn’t much I can do about this as it is a technical issue so you should contact EA to see if they can fix it

I’m having the same problem when I try to talk to the purple elephant…the cat’s in the way and my SIM can’t get there. Leaving the swim center and coming back doesn’t work, the stupid cat is still there. Help!
I dont understand why the cat is in the way, in my game the cat just stayed outside by the bench, he never came into the swim center to get in the way

Apparently its a glitch. If you check out the sims freeplay facebook page, EA can help you fix it.

I’m having the same issue! I’ve tried leaving the swim center and coming back later multiple times and the cat continues to block the playhouse. Paying LPs to skip this particular task isn’t even an option, either. Anyone have a solution?

I had the same problem. But the cat FINALLY GOT OUT OF THE WAY only after I had the toddler play on the slide right next to the playhouse. Not sure if this triggered the cat to leave or if it was merely a coincidence. See if it works for you guys. Best of luck!

Go to the swim center and you will see the kids pool has an elephant on it, click on the elephant

You don’t really need to as most of the quests are short and it is possible to get it done within a day 🙂

This quest must be brand new and there are no overlapping of tasks. Fortunately the tasks are easy enough since I already knew the swim center layout. It took me 26 hours to finish. Could’ve been less but I slept in, LoL!
I started the toddler hobby and it’s nice to keep her busy doing something besides sleeping. This is my favorite quest so far. I just started building the community center and it’s gonna take 54 hours– ugh!

No you can’t, I had to turn a baby into a toddler to do this task, it wouldnt let me skip it

I’m so glad they added a hobby for toddlers! (Besides the seashelll collecting one). It’s actually a super easy hobby to complete, as I just completed it after two days of unlocking the hobby. Also, your site is incredibly helpful! Thank you for spending your time posting all of the quests with a run down!

It was 3 hours when i did it last week! I wouldn’t post the wrong times! Maybe they have updated it already?
So I’m not sure about the rest if you, but after dancing with the tree, the times given above don’t match up. For example, having wumples read to my toddler took 3 hours and taking to the elephant is scheduled for 6 hrs.
I know this isn’t your fault and I’m not trying to complain or anything, but I am very curious to the huge difference. It’s not like this quest has been out that long for this information to be so out dated. Unless it’s just my game….. Do you have any ideas? Was there an update recently?

Why would i post the wrong times? This is how it was when i completed it last week! As it says in the post ‘this post was correct at the time of writing, it may change’ if they have decided to change it a week after its come out then its not my fault the times are wrong.
You must have misread my comments or I was unclear- my main question was if there was an update since this was put out that increased the times for the challenges.

I love how helpful it is!!! But the times are kind of off. It says that having the bunny read the toddler a story would take 15 minutes but it took 3 hours. I really love how helpful this has been. No it’s not, it should say different things
If it says search dancing tree when you click on a tree at swim center then it’s ok when you have to search a tree for torn pages. I’ve just done it.

The past few days, when I play my Sims free play, it keeps repeating the quests over and over as if I hadn’t already completed each part of the quest. I have to continually repeating each part of the quest. Like when it tells you to buy a car, call your mom, become a politician, etc. I get alot done and it’s back at square one when I come back to my sims game. I have repeated same actions like 8 times. It won’t recognize that I have or something. And it always happens when I leave it and come back to it whether it’s a few minutes later or hours later. I don’t know how to fix it!!!!! Grrrrrr!!!!!
Your game hasn’t saved, you should try updating to the cloud before you close it everytime, my game does this sometimes it’s usually when I just go on the game quickly it doesn’t have a chance to save.
Hi! So I am also getting 3hrs 30mins for the ask wumples to read a story… Maybe due to the change in timings, I might not be able to complete it in time? Hopefully I still can… Also, regarding the not buying stuff in advance for the preteens quest, so even if i’m staying at a beach house where the study table and chair already exists, it won’t matter?

Um okay so I’ve been stuck on this quest for almost a month now and Wumples isn’t outside the swimming center. Or anywhere. I’ve checked Firemonkeys and a lot of other people are having this problem. I’ve also contacted EA twice. Help?!!

I’m not sure what kind of suggestions you want but I would say take your time, make sure you have enough money to do all the restuarant quests and keep your toddler ready for future quests 🙂

Hey there was a unicorn at the swim center close to the end of the quest only a toddler could interact with it by the time I had 1 free the unicorn was gone. do you know what the unicorn does? Or is it just a prop?
It was meant to be a magical like a childs imagination so I think it was just an added magical prop 🙂

I had this problem for one and a half months I contacted EA on Firemonkeys and they replied in 5 weeks and fixed the glitch
This quest is next for me. Just so I know ahead of time, does the toddler produce a pee puddle to bet cleaned? Or do I need go make sure I already have one available for that segment of the task?
Pee puddles appear when you have to clean them 🙂
