The Sims Freeplay- Impossible Events Aren’t Fun!

I was desperate to get the French Chateau and even though I played day and night I still was unable to complete it in the time limit 😦 I’ve noticed this has been a pattern for some time now; I couldn’t complete the Christmas event, I couldn’t complete the Ice Sculpture event, I couldn’t complete the Aerobics event but I have not changed how I play the game!

And I am not the only one who has noticed this. Holly on the French Romance Event:screenshot-2017-02-12-at-15-56-04

I need 184 social points to buy the requirements for one last pack to complete this event, do I have that many? Not a chance! Maybe if they didn’t up the price of the social point flower to 20LPs from 5 I would have used my LPs on that but that is no longer fair..

BUT I am happy you can now pause the ageing of your sims for free so you don’t end up losing all your sims during these events (I really hope this feature is sticking around!) Explained here

The Aerobics event is probably the worst one so far- that was completely impossible! (something to look forward to if you haven’t done this one yet!) You have 7 days to firstly reach level 6 in the hobby to be able to complete it AND also complete the collection 7 times in those 7 days?! I know most people had a similar experience to me with this one, I managed to complete it twice but only because I used a lucky spin to get the level 6 one I needed while my sim was still on level 5. It took 6 days to reach level 6 so I basically had one day to complete the collection 7 times! I’m not a big fan of hobby events as soon as you unlock a new hobby but at least on previous ones we only had to complete the collection once in the time as well as level up which was manageable.

I know it comes down to making money at the end of the day which they need to do but I think spending money should make it easier to complete, not make it possible! I can’t afford to spend a lot of money on this game- I am a poor student after all! £5 for Laura Craft?! I wish I had £5 to spend on lunch!

And yes I also know they bring these events back but the game stops being enjoyable when you fail every event- is there any point in trying when the odds are against you?

What do you all think?

  1. I absolutely agree. I have never completed any task in the time allowed, nor even the second time when it has come back. In the craft task I had loads of the craft items but no constructor coins to spend despite spinning the pant and completing the daily goals to get the bonus points. I really wanted the chateau. I spend quite a lot of time on the game but I do have to go to work and would not play while I’m there. It strikes me that you’d have to be unemployed to get the big prize. On the aerobics hobby, I managed to complete it once in the week allowed.

    • You don’t have to be unemployed. I’m retired and taking care of my grandson. Spent the first day of the French romance quest in the hospital but when I came home played non-stop used spin plants and bought social points and I still don’t think I’ll make it. Need over 700 sp to complete. So frustrating that I stop playing for months at a time and miss out on really nice items. So just saying everyone has a rough go at the quests.

  2. I TOTALLY AGREE this is getting ridiculous now! I was determined to see if this event I could finally pass. I purchased Laura, and I set AN ALARM to go back 1 minute before it was time to collect. I have NEVER spun the well and received 3 grasshoppers smh it’s sad that they are impossible tasks. I’m very disappointed in the sims.

  3. I’m so glad I’m not the only one having a problem with this. I’ve been losing interest fast. However, I do hang in there for the people and the town, figuring that I’ll gain more stuff every time the events come back around. I can’t afford to spend $

  4. I totally agree! They make it impossible to complete these things. I’ve only been able to complete 2 events so far and it’s been really disheartening and almost depressing to look forward to an event, I dread it. I didn’t get the spa event (which was my most ardent effort to get all the stuff). Ive become depressed to the point of not bothering with events anymore and the French Chateau was the one that inspired me to bother again.

I had to spend wayyyyyyy too many hours to complete it. I’ve lost sleep, meals, etc to complete it. Frankly, a game shouldn’t affect a person’s health. Without the luck of the spin flower and receiving a couple of 125 constructor points landings, I wouldn’t have completed it. They need to do something about this because it IS a problem.

Also, they need to bring back the 10 minute, 30 minute, 1 hour times. Its getting ridiculous to have to wait for something for 5 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours, etc.

    • Yes! Short time options on hobbies need to be available! The woodworking hobby used to have 10 minute and 1 hour options, but now…
It should work like this: if you never miss a collection time, you should get the grand prize; if you don’t have that much time, you should be able to buy what you need to complete it – for no more than $20 per event. That would be reasonable, and a lot more people would buy their way through. Let’s do a little math, shall we? Which is more: 100,000 people spending $100, or 10,000,000 people spending $10? We won’t even talk about the cost of 500,000 people spending $50 once, and 495,000 of them deleting the game in frustration because they still couldn’t get the prize.

  5. I agree! Purchase should enhance game play, not be necessary to succeed. And time needed should not exclude having a real life outside of the game… Obviously if events were too easy there would be little point, but there must be reasonable middle ground! And is anyone finding that the are TOOOOO MANY events with little time between?? I mean, not only are there special events, new quests and hobbies, but also workplace events, and they come barely days apart, if that, sometimes crossing over even. I love new stuff, that’s exciting. But I don’t enjoy the game anymore!! After event is done, I just check out and ignore the game for a while because I’m actually burnt out and bored. I haven’t just played in sooo long…

Anyone else find that?? I mean, keeping it fresh is good, but come on – it’s supposed to be a game!!

    • And for the record, I STILL have not been able to complete the aerobics hobby once, despite being on my game constantly for events. Granted, it’s not my primary focus right now, so I’m not setting alarms for it to go in on the minute, but I’m constantly on the game and always start the activity back up as soon as I see I can. I’d say not fair…

    • Yes yes yes I completely agree with you about all of the quests, hobbies and events being shoved down our throats now. It’s getting ridiculous.

  6. I am also discouraged. I had over 800 lp when this quest started. I used all of them up and I still spent $5 to finish and get the house. I wanted the house after seeing your video pictures and worked really hard to get all the requirements, but still had to put out the money. I love this game and I am really appreciative of your website and posts!

  7. I spent £15 on this last event including £5 for Lara. Did it do me any good? No. I still need 50 social points to complete the event. I didn’t finish the magical rainforest one nor did I manage to finish the spa one. I’m getting so tired of plying these events when the odds are stacked against us from the very beginning. It’s just becoming a money making thing now and it’s no longer fun. Will be deleting soon if i doesn’t improve.

  8. I’ve got to a point that I don’t bother even bother hoping I finish in time and I certainly don’t contemplate buying sp or lps. It costs too much for the amount I need. I also specifically choose the unlocked items that I want to purchase now too.

  9. I’m content to do the best I can the first time around and see if I can finish it on the second. It’s all in how you look at it.

  10. I also wasn’t able to finish this event. I really want the house and I’m tempted to spend the SP to do it, but with only 3 days to buy the prizes, and it costing 20LP now to spin the SP flower, it’s just not worth it. It takes roughly 2 hours just to get 50 LP from the cooking hobby. I used 100 LP on the SP plant and only managed to get around 30 SP, which is ridiculous. I’d have to work around the clock collecting LP to get enough SP to buy what I need. I have just 2 prizes left to buy, but once I buys one of them then not only will I need all the collector coins (which is over 200) but then all the green jugs too, so that one prize will probably cost over 300 SP to buy. Not to mention the other 100 or so SP I need to buy the other prize. It sucks. I also wasn’t able to complete the aerobics hobby. I even used LP to speed up my sim to level 6, and even with that I only managed to get 2 or 3 outfits. I had 9 sims working on it, and half the time I only unlocked one item on the board after waiting 4.5 hours. It was ridiculous how hard it was to get the needed pieces on the board. It’s ridiculously harder to complete events now, especially since they increased the SP flower from 5 to 20 LP. Not happy at all. I really wanted to get the French chateau, especially the grand staircase. I hope we don’t have to wait a year for it to come back, but we probably will. It sucks. Beyond disappointed.

  11. I REALLY wanted to get the fairy wings back during that event. I actually had my husband wake me up a couple nights so I could collect the flowers! I was very annoyed when I got to the end of it and was stopped by a lack of constructor coins.

I agree. Spending money should make the task easier, not make it possible! I hadn’t touched this game since the fairies, because it suddenly wasn’t fun anymore.

Thank you for saying that the SP or LP spinner (I’m not sure which) had quadrupled in price. I thought this was the case, but wasn’t sure.

    • Notice how many people on here are all saying it took $50 to complete the Chateau event? At least I’m not the only one but I think it was planned that way. Would have built and furnished my own Chateau with the things I’d already won, but the Vinyard, that fountain, and those stairs weren’t available without winning the grand prize, I don’t think. Same with the Fairy Quest, I wanted the wings but not as badly as I wanted the Chateau. Freeplay, you’re going to have to let the Sim dogs sleep inside on the Sims’ beds, if you want me to spend money on this game again, lol.

  12. I started getting frustrated and annoyed when the Careers were introduced. I could not complete all of the badges within the single work shift. Plus they included tasks for areas that were still locked. So I gave up on those. This last Fench Chateau event was the last straw. I made a surgical decision to delete the entire game. I had played for over 2 years, my town was worth +14M, I had+700 LPs, +500 SPs but I was done. The game was no longer fun. Bye Bye.

  13. I just started playing the sims like a month ago… The ice sculpture event was awful! I was trying so hard to get the French château, I actually thought I might make it but three days before the ending, despite saving so many candles and using LPs to get SPs I realized it was going to be impossible… I was short for the crepe cart and the fountain… I know you say these events come back… Do you say that from experience? Because I’m quite frustrated, if it comes back, wouldn’t it have new and harder goals and still be impossible? 😮

Ps: Thanks for your awesome blog!

  14. I agree completely. I really wanted the Chateau and spent an inordinate amount of time playing mornings and evenings (have a full time day job). And I still need over 700 social points to open the last item. That’s $50 real dollars and I can’t afford to waste money on a game. So no Chateau for me. Very frustrating.

  15. I have to agree with you. It’s awfully frustrating to almost make it. I’ve been playing since 2011 and I’ve had enough. Done with $ims Freeplay.

  16. Well, it does make me feel better to know that I’m not the only one. I have to say, even spending cash doesn’t mean you’ll be able to complete it! I sprung for Laura Craft (and instantly regretted it, because she is basically useless, certianly not worth 5 EUR), and used up ALL of my LP and SP. I somehow managed to luck out and get 500 SP with one of my spins that cost 20 LP — but STILL — even with all that — could not get the Chateau! It was simply not possible.

  17. Agreed! I wanted the chateau so so bad for my Sims, the stairs are just simply beautiful but it’s truly impossible. I didn’t do the past event and I don’t even attempt the new hobby events because just looking at the deadline makes it clear it’s impossible to reach the goal.
It’s so unfair how the developers of the game are so focused on making events that you can only complete by wasting real money. I’m okay with extra features to make it easier to complete the events but make the event unreachable for people who can’t afford those features? No, that’s vile. They’re just making people leave the game which is worst than people not buying the extra stuff.
They also don’t consider people who study and work, not everyone has the time to play non-stop…

  18. I’m in total agreement not happy at all not being able to complete events. I wanted to French place so bad I paid $50 for my remaining points. I have no intention of doing that again. It’s impossible to finish the police station for me. So I’m gonna continue to play but not pay anymore money if I don’t complete an event. It isn’t fair and takes the fun out of it.

    Sent from my iPhone

  19. Same here I didn’t complete and I’d bought Laura Craft anticipating this would probably guarantee completion

  20. I definitely agree with you on this I was talking to my husband about it. I noticed with the events when u have to build a hobbie, it takes me literally a week to build the skill to a 6. I spent all my time with the ice sculptures and didn’t even unlock one.

And this the French romance I did the same. I had 2 more things to unlock to get the house. I think they made it like to to spend money. Like with the laura craft.

    I don’t think it’s fair.

  21. Completely agree. It use to be a really fun game. I use to play it everyday. Now I go for weeks without playing. I would happily spend some money to support the game if they were more fair with the quest. I don’t mind spending the money if I didn’t feel that I was being cheated.

  22. Yes, you are completely right, it’s very fustrating not to be able to complete these quests. They keep raising the price of the items. For me Laura was at 89. Pesos mind you I live in Mexico a persons minimum daily wage here is 72 pesos so that’s extremely expensive. I haven’t been able to finish any quest. No matter how hard I try.. I believe they are impossible unless you shell out real money which would make this game truly expensive with all the quests.

  23. It’s definitely gotten harder. The social points have gotten so ridiculously difficult to obtain but you still need the same amounts. And if encouraging people to spend money is the goal, it’s not working. I was more likely to pay a couple dollars at the end of events I really liked when I knew for sure it was going to help me finish. These days its not worth taking the chance to spend real money to only get a couple SP for it and still not have enough.

  24. I got so very lucky with the spin plant, I got the 125 constructor coins 3 times and 20 several times as well. But I did spend 50 SP on it. If it wasn’t for my daughter playing the game for me while I was at work I would never have gotten everything to get the chateau. And as for the aerobics hobby, I only got 2 of the outfits. It took forever to level all the way up. I hope all those events come back so we can all finish them next time around. Of course I got all the men’s hair and I don’t even like them. It’s been way too hard and frustrating lately to finish the special evens. The same goes for the market events. They happen way too often and too many resources needed for them.

  25. Wait, you can pause Sims’ ages for FREE now?! I had no idea! But I agree, these events have been stressful and not enjoyable at all. I know I’m just wasting time because there’s no chance I’ll complete them (even when I spend a few bucks for the 99 cent LP spin). It’s annoying how impossible the events are. I downloaded Sims 4 on my desktop over Christmas break and I’ve found that since playing that every so often has made playing the Freeplay version even less enjoyable. Freeplay isn’t fun unless you can spend hundreds of dollars on resources – which I will not do. It’s unfortunate – some of the prizes have been awesome, and I know I’ll never win them. 😦

  26. I am with you – although I went into this last one basically assuming Id fail – but I dont foresee accomplishing it all – so I just unlocked the things I really liked since the house is just but a collection of those items.

  27. It is absolutely crazy the amount of time they make us put into these events and I wish they made at least every 5th one possible, the amount of money to spend on Laura craft is also ridiculous, I’m so tired of this.😐😑😒 #unimpressed

  28. I agree their making nearly impossible to do the tasks in time. Then it doesn’t make the game fun anymore. If I have to spend money that also takes the fun out of it. It used to be fun, I use to look forward to playing. Now I frustrated with it and disappointed with it. The day I have to spend money to get through a task that’ll be the day I quit. They should listen to everybody we used to have fun why ruin a good game

  29. I spent the entire French quest trying to purchase Laura Craft and then at the end trying to purchase what I needed to complete. I had to give my finger print to authenticate the sale which it would not take. I got an error message. (I play on an iPad). I agree that the quests are really too hard but I was willing to pay to complete. Well, I contacted support the first day. They take severals days to respond and then it was an auto response regarding not getting what I purchased. NOT the problem I reported to them so that was no help. I answered again and after several days, same type of response. Frustration. I responded a third time and haven’t heard back. My time is up now and I did not get to complete the quest. So even if the player is willing to go ahead and spend money, in my case, it didn’t work and they were not helpful.

  30. I was shy of 100 social points.to get the house. .I put the objects in my inventory thinking I could continue even though the event had been over, but i got the 3days after. I replaced the objects and now it won’t work. I tried cooking…:( that is a waste of time..20lp to win only 3sp. I don’t have time to spend on my phone all day and can’t afford to put money into games. .my goal is to stop the aging for 33sims that way they don’t die. This games has become boring. I didn’t do the aerobics event due to the amount to build it. 850,000simloeons.I understand they need to make money, but they at least need to listen to the reviews of the people that play the game…the houses they pick that are player designed for me to purchase is 4,000,000 I can’t barely even make a million..why can’t they use houses that are nice (like mine)simple design and actually practical.I have become bored of the game, but still continue to play….I don’t even try the work station events ANY more….I can’t even make enough Material to unlock work stations. This game is going south in my opinion..if it keeps up like this I’m going to stop playing because I feel I am wasting my time and effort.

  31. I TOTALLY AGREE!!!! EA NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!! It has become IMPOSSIBLE to complete the events/quests without, so to speak, dedicated to it day & night & not doing anything else!

  32. I have played 14 months and just reached Level 55 a few days ago, never having spent a penny to get that far. Then I saw the French Chateau and really wanted it. I spent around $50 as the event was ending, to get it. Never again. Those of us who have played for a while know how to play this game, and it would have been impossible to complete this Event and win the Chateau without spending a considerable amount of money (if you live a normal life where you have to work or go to school, lol). I realize Free Play takes money to run, but really, that much to win one Event prize? So I am done with the Events. They are a waste of time, unless you just want some of the initial prizes.

  33. Thanks for posting this. I took a break from Sims Free play for a while. I stopped during the middle of the mall update and picked it up just before the Christmas update. (I’ve been subscribing to your blog ever since I found it and it was the content in the e-mail updates that I saw that got me back in to it!) Since returning, I’ve noticed a dramatic difference between the way events were run before my break and now. Before I felt like all events could be finished with a reasonable about of time as long as I paid attention and set alarms to minimize down time. There were a few events that I wasn’t able to complete because I wasn’t paying close attention and that’s on me.

I feel that the Christmas and the French Chatau events were structured in a way that it wasn’t really feasible to earn the grand prize without spending real life money or a SP. I even spent spent the 5 USD for Lara Craft (great play on the name by the way) and I ended up having to spent 270 LP at the end to complete the event. The fact that completing these actions cost SP (at a much higher rate that the equivalent SP cost) is even more insulting. I understand that EA and Firemonkey are in the business of making money. But it defeats the purpose when they blur the lines in between the two currencies, and do so in such a way that is clearly meant to encourage microtransactions.

  34. I agree I’ve not manage to complete the last few of these timed events. It’s becoming a little disheartening and I stopped playing for a while till this French chateau and really would love it but the only I think I’ll get is from spending hard cash so guess I will have to leave it 😔

  35. So… let’s all start a movement and stop paying real money (or even stop playing for a while) until the game is balanced again and quests and hobby’s are possible to finish. Then we can pay for something extra or to support the devs. Apart from this, the game is wonderful and looking gorgeous. But playing fulltime, paying real money and not being able to live a real life and STILL not being able to finish, is ridiculous. Let’s make some noise by not playing or at least not paying for a while. 🙂

    • I’m with you on not spending real money. It’s a game and should be fun not a burden on our real life. The quests are geared for us to spend real money or it’s impossible to complete..so much for FreePlay lol!

  36. I failed a couple too but i finished the french event. I had it all due to lil money lara and hobbies for lps to spin for sps. Then not 12 hrs later got my new fone and for some reason my saved game was not there. Matter of fact i was lvl 36 and ten million worth city. Jumped bk three levels and all my french stuff gone several quests etc past limit so i didnt even get some rewards for finishing on time first time. And firemonkeys r taking their sweet time replying to me

  37. I spent money on the fairy event. I didn’t have time to LP farm, like I used to, so I tried to make up for that by buying LP plants. It became like a binge in a casino – I’m VIP level 5 now! Lol! I still couldn’t finish the event, because I realized I had a problem and needed to stop at less than $100 cash spent on one stupid event. It shouldn’t take that much money to complete an event and get all the prizes. I did ice sculpture and aerobics, and then I just stopped logging in. I don’t want to be controlled by a game. You can spend well over $100 on an event, if you want to win the prizes. If you spend less, you won’t get what you want. It isn’t possible to complete them without spending ridiculous sums of money. You can see what they expect from us, by how much money it takes to reach the top VIP level. But what I hate most is that if you try to keep your spending down to reasonable figures, you’re still tied to the game, trying to collect items, and you still can’t finish the event. EA has virtual Barbie dolls tempting people to gamble with real money. You can’t win these events, EVEN IF YOU DO SPEND MONEY.

  38. This is getting beyond ridiculous! I won’t go crazy or broke trying to get this done. But dammit I have SO much invested as it is ☹️

  39. Yes, this kind of event is very annoying. None of us can spend 24/7 playing the game and I spent so many Social Points for this, too many were required for someone who was pretty dedicated to the event. Luckily I had amassed quite a few SP’s when it took fewer LP’s. Dont know what they are thinking other than profit. Waiting now for my chateau to be completed but I have to say the floor/wall coverings, furniture and etc are very nice.

  40. The game for me changed after the romance island or spa event. After that, they increased the SP plant from 5 LP to 20 LP and increased the prices of everything in the online shop to ridiculous amounts. I was only able to complete the romance island the first time around because of the SP plant only costing 5 LP. It was win-win, as you would basically exchange 5 LP for 5 SP, the lowest amount payable. Now not only does it cost 20 LP to spin the same plant, but now the lowest you can win is 3 SP. That’s ridiculous!

I remember when I was able to buy the Latin Villa in the online shop for $1 on Black Friday. And I bought a few other items also for around the same amount of money. But now? There is nothing worth buying in the online shop because they want $10 for this, $24 for that. I even saw one set of prizes that was like $100. Who in their right mind would buy any of this stuff? I could buy a brand new video game for some of these prices, andthey want that just for a few new outfits? Like now I have that evening wear set for the male and female sims for $24….for 6 or 8 outfits, are you serious?

I get that some hackers have taken advantage of the game and the company has lost money, which is why they increased the price to stuff, but it’s just gotten ridiculous. I used to actually spend money on the game, the most expensive being $6 that I spent to buy the living bear (back when I bought the Latin Villa, and before they had this New market thing where you can win these prizes now). But now? No way. I only bought the living bear because I thought it was a one-time event. Had I known they’d put it in the market, I never would have bothered with it. And now that prices are so ridiculously high, i haveno interest in buying anything else. Had the prices been more reasonable, like $2 or $3 for outfits, then maybe I would have bought some. But $15 or $24, or any of these other ridiculous prices? Hell no!

After the spa event is when it all went downhill. I hated the careers, and still have yet to completely finish any of them. I haven’t even built the hospital yet. I also wasn’t able to complete that fairy quest and still have 2 or 3 things left to get to complete it, and now it’s the same with this French chateau. I didn’t get all the aerobics outfits either, only managing to get 2 or 3 of the outfits. I hate what this game has become now. It’s all about money.

  41. I don’t think I could have put it better than this. I have been on level 55 for some time and I don’t have any quests to complete and I need 422 sp to complete this event. This means spending about $70.00 (AUD) and I’m not prepared to do that. The fact that these goals are almost impossible to achieve diminishes my interest in the game. The desire to play is overtaken by disinterest and could very well impact on the number of players bothering to continue.

  42. I am retired, older, lots of time and money. I have spent at least a hundred bucks on this game in app purchases in the past 12 months and they are not getting any more out of me. For those of you who think if you had more time in your life to play, you would then be able to complete the special events, nuh uh. I do play around the clock–the Rainforest I got everyone but the last two (the ones I wanted), this Romantic Chateau, everything but the cheese barrel (I didn’t want), the Love Lock fountain and the Chateau. I figure the only way you can complete these events is if you fork out big money for the SP’s. Nuts. And not a dollar here or there–$25, $30.
The Sims4 only cost $39.99 with added packs at maybe $10. I have spent more than that on Sims Free Style.
I will keep playing though. I am at level 54 and way too much invested in time and money, not to mention love. And in moments of weakness, they will probably get $5 here and there out of me.
I love those big architectural homes. !0 million simoleons? TF? Oh, and I am always getting suggestions for packages to buy $19.99 on up to increase my VIP level.
    c

  43. i agree. i have school and i don’t have time to just play this game all the time! i really wanted the french château, but there is only 30 hours left and i’m only half way through, and i’ve had 12 sims making all the crafts while i’m at school and while i sleep. they really need to either give more time or make it where you can get the crafts faster

  44. oh, i meant to add that i made my own ‘french’ house with the prizes i already got, so it’s kind of an okay deal. i guess. except it made me mad.

  45. Please I know what you all mean. It is very frustrating there no ways for any of us to ever be able to complete these quests. I also stopped trying.

  46. Yeah I’d call this “The Sims Social Syndrome”. Haven’t EA learned that people do NOT find timed quests enjoyable?! Especially, when they are impossible! It’s one thing for the quests to be challenging, but quite another to make them so they cannot be completed.
The only thing better here than the SS is that there’s a “main” prize (the hospital for example) and the timed gift is optional. You can decide whether it’s worth your LP and usually there are guides to help.

The only community event I finished was the tropical island one and that was only because I had banked 1000 LPs through hobbies. I wasted nearly 600 LPs to get all the SPs for the mega spins. This was when the LP to SP flower spin cost 5 LPs!! So how many LPs would you need now considering it costs 20?! 3000 LPs?!

The exchange rate SUCKED!! Through the normal spin flower, the most common “drop” was 1 or 2 CCs! Got 10 and 12 a couple of times. Again, did ANYONE get more? Did SOMEBODY get 125? Even the megaspin sucked. I used it 3 times and did get 40 CCs. ONCE. The LP to SP flower spin was just as bad. What’s worse is the price increase.

I HATE the timed hobbies. Did anyone bother to see whether it was even possible to complete? It takes FOREVER to level up and then you have to do it 7 times?! With random drops… Some hobbies have 1 item with an awful drop (gigi shoe from fashion designing, anyone?). The potion hobby is the worst. I swear it took me 20 times to get the ageing up and invisibility rare “item”. The rewards are worse too. For the ice sculpting, you only get 2 LP…

It has become harder. I just hope they don’t get harder.

    • I got the 125 cc jackpot twice. Still didn’t complete the quest without spending money, but I did get it. Wish I could have gotten it one more time…
