Once you reach level 22 you will be able to complete the Top Secret Mission Quest, if you complete in the 4 day time limit you will unlock the Secret Agent Career, this quest used to only be available for a limited time but now it is a main quest.

Earn 25 simoleons to begin this quest Reward: 5 SimCash
There are 22 parts to complete:
1.Tap on a couch to ‘Receive Mission Instructions’- costs 3 energy, takes 5 seconds Reward: 25 Simoleons
2.Tap on a mirror to ‘Practice Deception’- costs 3 energy, takes 5 seconds Reward: 25 Simoleons
3.Change your appearance Reward: 25 Simoleons
4.Complete an event (complete the Begin a Friendship event to complete this quickly) Reward: 25 Simoleons
5.’Make a drop’ at 1 plant around town (go to parkside to find the plants in the cafe)- costs 5 energy, takes 5 seconds Reward: 25 Simoleons
6.Earn 800 Simoleons (complete career, relationship or hobby events) Reward: 25 Simoleons
7.Tap a couch to do the ‘Gathering Intel’ event- takes up to 8 hours to complete* Reward: 25 Simoleons
8.Tap on a bed to ‘Await Instructions’- costs 3 energy, takes 5 seconds Reward: 25 Simoleons
9.Earn 800 Simoleons Reward: 25 Simoleons
10.Complete 3 long events in any career, relationship or hobby Reward: 25 Simoleons
11.Tap a couch to do the ‘Deep Undercover’ event- takes up to 8 hours to complete* Reward: 25 Simoleons

13.Tap on 3 sims to ‘fish for info’- costs 3 energy, takes 5 seconds each time Reward: 25 Simoleons

If you complete this quest you’ll be able to find the Top Secret collection in buy mode at the cafe, place the Perfectly Ordinary Elevator to get the option to start the secret agent career and Top Secret Story:

What time zone are you in?
GMT but it starts at 11am local time so starts at the 11am for everyone.
I’m on GMT time, my app is fully up to date, but no sign of the quest! (It’s currently 1pm on Thursday 21 March.) Any ideas? Do I need to go somewhere to trigger the quest? Has it appeared for you already? Thanks so much!
Usually switching to another area in the game makes these events appear
I cant get the indoor plant to work
If you go to parkside there are plants at the cafe you can use to get this option, I have added a picture to the post of this for you
How do I unlock this quest? I’m on level 50 and I still don’t see it in my quests tab!
Did you try and complete it before? Unfortunately you cannot complete it again if you don’t complete in the time limit
I am stuck on Part 9 of the quest. When I complete Llama Zoom activities I don’t get credit for them. Any tips?

I forgot to add that in the Top Secret Mission box in the Quests tab for Part 9 it now reads “REDACTED” instead of the description of the task.

Hi, Noticed that #7 says “Redacted” in the game. Any idea why? Thanks and really like these walkthroughs! Don’t like that Sims Mobile isn’t allowing you to do these long quests any time you want to by clicking on the couch whenever you want to anymore. The star only shows up when you are at the level that you need to do that part at. Kind of sucks cause you can’t get a jump on it. Any who, have a good day! 😁

What do I do if I’ve missed the event but want to do this? I’ve gotten an heirloom for it =0
You will need to wait for them to bring this quest back again in the future to be able to complete it

It may be that you already have another time limited quest in your tab you need to complete first.
Hi I have the secret agent quest in my quests. It says to go to the cafe and and to put the elevator at thecafe. But there is no elevator to be found. Any ideas?
You need to go to the build section at the cafe and you’ll find the top secret tab, this is where the elevator is.
I’m in parkside and can’t to back my home. I don’t find any means…
Click on the car symbol, this will open out a few options, click on the house symbol to go back to your house.

This has now been updated, sorry for the delay.
I am at level 55 and have not yet come across this quest. It appears to have just been available in 2019 from what I can see in the comments. I just have this and the picture perfect careers left, then I will have completed all of the relationships, hobbies and careers. For now my Sims are chilling in the hot tub or playing chess waiting for these two to become available.
This quest should still be available as it was added to the base game for all players to complete once they reached level 22. It definitely isn’t in your quest tab?
Hi 👋🏼 I just realized I missed the quests to unlock secret agent and photography careers on sims mobile. I’m level 60. Are those quests one time things?
If you don’t complete these quests in time you won’t be able to do them again unfortunately.
