Once you have completed the Super Toddler Secret Mission Quest you will be able to find the super villain toddler in the park to start this quest with a toddler sim. If you complete this quest in the time limit you will unlock the outdoor cinema and bean bags. You can still complete this quest once the time is up to unlock the super villain toddler outfits but you won’t unlock the outdoor cinema or bean bags
You cannot complete this quest at the same time as any other discovery quest
HOW LONG DOES THIS QUEST TAKE TO COMPLETE?
Note: you need a toddler to complete this quest
Times may vary depending on the star rating an item has
- Use a telescope (you can buy a telescope in the promotions r us store)- observe strange lights- 2 minutes
- Splish splash in a bath- 4 minutes (you need a toddler and an adult to complete this task)
- Have a toddler pretend to sleep- 9 hours 30 minutes (bed)
- Send a toddler to the park
- Boldly approach the hero- 2 minutes
- Hide behind a bench- 4 minutes 30 seconds
- Apologise to Mini Masterforce- 10 minutes
- Accept mission- 10 hours 45 minutes
- Tame the ducks of doom- 12 minutes (ducks in park)
- Practice evil laugh- 14 hours 45 minutes
- Ask about mission- 5 minutes
- Sneak back home (use the house with the arrow button on the simtracker to send your toddler home)
- Consult teddy bear- 9 hours 30 minutes (using tea set from the toddler section of the home store)
- Catch toddler out of bed- 1 minute (have an adult select the interaction on a toddler)
- Plot escape route with dollhouse- 12 hours 30 minutes (using dollhouse from the toddler section of the home store)
- Return to the park (send your toddler back to the park)
- Decline villainous scheme- 10 minutes
- Send your toddler home
- Give toddler a big hug- 11 hours 45 minutes (have an adult select the interaction on a toddler)
- Demand peace cookies- 17 hours 45 minutes (have a toddler select the interaction on an adult)
- Bake cookies- 1 minute (select baking on stove and click on cookies)
- Explain bedtime- 5 minutes (have an adult select the interaction on a toddler)
- Ask about school- 15 hours 45 minutes (have a toddler select the interaction on an adult)
- Hug Mini Masterforce- 1 day 45 minutes
QUEST IS COMPLETE!
Once you complete this quest you will find the super villain costumes in the wardrobe under outfits for your toddler sims to wear:
Prize: Outdoor Cinema and Bean Bags
Where can I find them? Bean bags can be found in the living room and preteen section and the outdoor cinema can be found in the outdoor decorations section
Cost? First one of each is free, after that the bean bags cost S750 each and the outdoor cinema costs S30,000 each
Is it worth it? Definitely! Who doesn’t want a TV for your sims to watch in the garden?!

How do I start this discovery quest?
You need to complete the Super Toddler Secret Mission Quest first and then you can find the super villain toddler in the park to start this quest
Do you need a toddler for this quest?
Yes you do
Why can’t I do this discovery quest yet?
You cannot do more than one discovery quest at the same time, if you are currently on another one (the list can be found here) you will not be able to do this one until that one is completed
Can I do discovery quests at the same time as a main quest?
Yes you can
Do I have to do this quest?
If you don’t start the quest you don’t have to do it at all but if you have already started it you need to complete it before you can move on to the next quest
I haven’t started this quest yet, will it still be available when I want to do it?
Yes it will be, you can choose to start it whenever you like
Do I need to buy a telescope to observe the strange lights?
Yes you cannot complete this without a telescope in your town
It says I need an adult to splish splash in the bath, why?
An adult is needed to supervise the toddler while they are in the bath
How do I send my sim to the park?
Go to the park and click on the whistle next to a sim who isn’t busy on the simtracker, this post explains more about the simtracker
Where do I buy the teddy bear from?
You can find the tea set in the toddler section of buy mode to complete this task
What do I get if I complete this quest in the time limit?
An outdoor cinema and bean bags
What happens if I don’t complete in the time limit, can I still finish this quest?
Yes you have to finish it to unlock the costumes before you can move onto the next quest
I didn’t complete in the time limit, can I restart the quest?
No, you cannot redo quests
Can I still get the prize if I don’t complete in the time limit?
No, the only way to get the limited time prizes is by completing the quest in the time limit

Ahhh, what if you don’t have any Toddlers ( or preteens or teens, for that matter )? Does that mean that the poor little one who is running around in your park, will be stuck there forever? Not to worry, we’ll bring him some food… from time to time. Poor little guy!
This quest will be available for you to do whenever you like so if you don’t have a toddler yet don’t worry, she will still be in the park when you are ready to complete this.
Yep, broke down and “adopted” a Toddler just so I could do this quest. They are so cute… but expensive. ( $4.99 US ), but good news is, if I want another one, it’s FREE! Woo Hoo. 🙂
The easiest way is to age up a baby..adopting a toddler is more costly.
I sent my toddler sim back to the park but can’t seem to find Mini Masterforce. Is anyone else having this problem?
You should be able to find Mini Masterforce on the simtracker, click on the whistle to bring them to the park.

Wow wow wow! I love your blog! Slightly off topic question: how on earth do you have so many LPs, SPs, and Simoleons at level 29 (it seems so in the YouTube video)? Did you buy them all? I’m at level 45, and can only make S 100,000 a day if I work super duper hard (plus around 40k from sending my Sims to work)! I’ve followed all your tips (I mainly cook [and can get about 100 LPs if I work hard using the cheese and tomato option], send sims to work, plant, collect daily reward [which is only S 7400], and occasionally bake, etc.). Am I doing something wrong? I feel like it takes me ages to get any substantial income. I have never had a million simoleons at hand. Any other tips?

I don’t have that many on my actual game, that game is the early access beta version I get so I can create content before the new quests and events are out and we get enough LPs and SPs to be able to speed our way through them 🙂 so you are doing nothing wrong my only tip would be to save up for something you really want in the game so you don’t spend it all straight away

I’m at the part of the quest where I have to ride decline the villian toddler’s offer it told me to go to the park so I did and I can’t find her. She isn’t there. What do I do? I started the Teen Idol quest where i can unlock more teen furniture. Did this pause the current quest? Please help I want the outdoor cinema!

I seem to have lost Mini Masterforce. I reached 95% completion, and before i can “hug her goodbye” i have to locate her. She doesn’t show up in my simtracker, and i have visited every conceivable location (with my toddler and adult) and cannot find her. is there a way of summoning her to my location? has anyone else encountered this before with another visiting NPC sim?

Had the same problem, couldnt find her anywhere. I contacted EA and they corrected it for me (quickly in fact).
I have the little todder going around the park all day but when I click on him, the bubble that opens is in blank, the only think I can do is accept and close the bubble, so I cannot start the quest!

I would suggest you wait for a while and come back to that in an update or so time and hopefully you’ll be able to complete it then, you don’t need to complete these quests straight away so don’t worry about it, if after a while you still cannot do the quest you may need to contact EA but I’m sure all the issues will be fixed in future updates 🙂
I am trying to get an adult to hug a toddler (11 hrs, 45 min). When I visit the house, the time resets back to zero.
Have you tried restarting your device before visiting the house again? If it still isn’t working you may want to contact EA to see if they can fix this issue for you.

Now for our question. On the toddler villain quest, the tea set and dollhouse times you posted; are they for one or three star rated items? And what are the time differences for them please? Seems most are three stars as we go through but wanna make sure and figure if it’s worth buying up?

Unfortunately I forgot to find out the times for all the star ratings for this quest so the teaset I used was only a 2 star and that took 9 hours 30 minutes and I didn’t get the other ones but I got the two and three star dollhouse ones, the 3 star took 12 hours 30 minutes and 2 star should be 14 hours, sorry about that!

The cost varies depending on how many other houses you have in your simtown already.

You can do the “Have a toddler pretend to sleep- 9 hours 30 minutes (bed)” on adults bed, so can be 8hour 30 minutes. Just for your help!

I’m doing the Pretend To Sleep one right now and it’s taking forever! I have no LPS (I spent them on the restaurant) and I only have 1 toddler sim so Daycare (I made my own Simtown Daycare with a toddler and a baby inside but the baby is doing a hobby at it’s home) is closed!

If you didn’t complete in the time limit then you will be unable to get the outdoor cinema as you can only get it if you complete the quest in the time limit.

In the strange things in simtown quest if my time limit finished and i didn’t finish all the quests yet does that mean i cannot finish the rest of the quest or i won’t get the costumes only? I’m kinda comfused because many things in the town to be built wants me to finish that quest and if i didn’t finish it you said i cannot start the quest again so that means am not going to open them because i didn’t finish the quest?
You have to complete this quest to unlock the costumes even once the time limit is up before you can move onto another discovery quest

Does it not let you start this quest when you click on the toddler in the park? If you are completing another discovery quest you need to finish that first.
