TIME LIMITED HOBBY – TIME: 7 DAYS – TIME LIMITED PRIZE: CHEERLEADER OUTFITS
Once you complete the Teacher’s Pet Quest the time limit for this hobby will begin, if your adult or teenage sim completes this hobby in 7 days you will unlock the cheerleader outfits:
When you begin this hobby for the first time you only get one option on the clock as you have only unlocked one room so far:
English Clown- 3 hours 30 minutes
You will need to find all 3 different class clown actions in the English room to unlock the Home Economics room once unlocked you need to find the 3 class clown actions in that room to unlock the Computer Lab and find the 3 actions in that room to unlock the final room which is the science lab, once you have found all 3 of those class clown actions in the final room you will have completed the hobby.
- English Clown- 3 hours 30 minutes
- Home Ec Clown- 3 hours 30 minutes
- Computer Lab Clown- 3 hours 30 minutes
- Science Lab Clown- 3 hours 30 minutes
NOTE: once you complete the collection for the first time you can find the class clown actions in any order but you will still need to do each option to find the different actions to complete each row
TIP: you can only have one sim in each room so when you first complete this hobby you can only really use one sim, once you have unlocked all the rooms you can have up to 4 sims completing this hobby.

After the time has passed come back and click the exclamation mark above your sims head to find one of the class clown collectibles in that row. You still level up in this hobby but the hobby level up percentage isn’t important as the class clown collectibles don’t unlock depending on your level, when you finish a row of class clown collectibles you will unlock the ability to find the clown actions in the next row.
The table below shows you the level up reward that your sims will receive when they level up in this hobby:

You won’t find a new collectible each time, you will get repeats, if this happens just keep going, you will find them eventually! If it is still taking too long you can use the lucky spin on the row where you cannot find the item, this will cost LPs, when you click on the LP button it will clear the row and give you a random collectible on that row so you aren’t guaranteed a new item (you will get back any other collectibles you already had in that row) Need to earn some LPs to use the lucky spin?
The completed class clown collection is shown below, once you complete the collection you need to click ‘start a new collection’ at the top of the hobby collection screen, this clears the board so you can complete the collection again to earn more rewards (you will only get the option to restart the hobby collection when you have completed the collection):
The first time you complete a row you will unlock a new classroom to find the new class clown actions, further times you will earn XPs when you complete a row in the hobby but to complete the collection you need to find all 12 of the collectibles
If you complete this hobby in the time limit you will unlock the cheerleader outfits which can be found in the wardrobe for adult and teen sims, you can also find the pom poms on the sports field:

The rewards for completing this collection are the second floor of downtown high and 2LP:
- The first time you complete this collection you unlock the second floor of downtown high (even if you don’t manage to complete in the time limit) There are 3 rooms to build upstairs:
- Principal’s Office and Staffroom- takes 5 hours and costs S25,000
- Math Classroom- takes 3 hours and costs S20,000
- Social Science Classroom- takes 3 hours and costs S20,000
- From the second time onwards each time you complete the collection you will earn 2LP

This will be another hobby that I’ll complete and then never do again (unless it’s part of some event. )

Would it be advantageous to send a teenage sim to a neighborhood to do the hobby so that you have two sims ding the hobby?
Someone told me that you cannot do this hobby in a neighbours town, I am not sure why though!

I got a push notification that I did not complete the hobby in time, problem is that I have had it completed for several days and I have all the cheerleading outfits.
Do you know what is wrong?
Nothing is wrong, you completed it so you can ignore the notification.
I am so tired of getting excited about new hobbies, only to complete them and find that you only will get 2 LP’s for completing the collection each time. The same for the Aerobics and Ice Sculpting hobbies. It isn’t worth the time when there are hobbies that will get you 5 LP’s like Snorkeling, Surfing, etc.
What happens if I don’t complete in time will they stay locked or will it be another way to unlock them?
You can still complete the hobby even if you do not manage to finish it in the time limit, you just won’t get the cheerleading outfits for finishing in time.
I have unlocked all the second floor classes. How am i going to use them?
Your sims can sit in the classrooms and they get the options to teach or sit at the desks and learn but that is really all you do in them.

No, they can only go to school at simtown high

I do all the collecting action . But the bubble in each clock wont go . And seems like more than one each clock .

The bubble stays on the clock even after the hobby event is over for everyone so it isn’t just your game.
How do I get rid of the clouds over the clocks then because I completed my quest thing last year and they are still there

Sending them to downtown high won’t increase their level at school, you can only send them to the elementary school and simtown high school to do this 🙂 You’re welcome, I’m glad it helped!
Why can’t you have a second chance to do and hobby when u miss it????!
If you don’t complete in the time limit you cannot try again to get the time limited prize but you can still complete the hobby again.
Why can’t I enroll my teenage Sim here? I never built the main HS, but I thought I could enroll them in the downtown HS.
You can only enrol them at the high school you cannot enrol them in downtown

What’s the point of the upstairs classrooms? I unlocked one and have an adult and a teen “study(ing) harder” but what does it do exactly?
There isn’t much point of them, they are just there for show.
