The Sims Freeplay and LEGO® DOTS are partnering together in this update to bring us exciting LEGO® DOTS inspired items in a live event and free pack. A new neighbourhood has also been added to Sim Springs! Keep reading for more information.

NEW LIVE EVENT

LEGO® DOTS x The Sims Live Event (available now) will begin on 13th June for 7 days, complete in the time limit to unlock LEGO® DOTS inspired items and the You DOT You house template

NEW PREGNANCY EVENT

There are new time limited prizes when you complete the 9 day pregnancy event in the time limit and earn the baby bonus between the 29th June- 7th July

If you start the 9 day pregnancy event anytime during the time frame you have the chance of earning the maternity items in that pack if you complete the event in the time limit, for example if you start a pregnancy event on the 7th July and complete in the time limit you will earn the items above

You need to have completed the first pregnancy event in the A Bump-y Ride Quest before you can earn the maternity prizes

Returning Quests and Events?

The Country Homestead Event (no longer available) will be back on the 28th June for 10 days, complete the woodworking hobby in the time limit to unlock all the furniture packs

The Mean Curls Hobby Event (available now) will return on the 17th July for 7 days, complete the fashion designer hobby in the time limit to unlock hairstyles for your female adult sims

There are 2 free packs available in this update:
- To celebrate the collaboration with LEGO® DOTS you will be able to claim the LEGO® DOTS pack between 13th June- 24th July, this pack contains 2 wallpaper, 2 flooring and a drawing set (which unfortunately can’t be used, only admired):

- Celebrate Juneteenth this year with The Juneteenth Commemoration pack which contains 2 hairstyles in 4 colours each for female adult sims. Claim this free pack between 14th-23rd June:

The Sims Freeplay- Rustic Wedding & Art Deco Update

This update has two different themes Rustic Wedding to begin with then Art Deco from 15th February. Keep reading to find out what is happening in the latest Sims Freeplay update

NEW INFLUENCE ISLAND EVENTS

Influence Island Season 5: Rustic Wedding/ Fairy Tale Vows (no longer available) starts on the 27th January for 10 days

The wedding outfits for preteen sims are in the rare prize and the wedding outfits for adults are in the grand prize

Influence Island Season 6: Suite Success (available now) starts on the 5th March for 10 days

The hairstyles and dresses in the grand prize are for female adult sims

I will not be creating a new post about the Influence Island Event for each season, the only thing that is different is the prizes shown here, click here for more information if you are new to the Influence Island

RETURNING & NEW SIMCHASE

SimChase Season 24: Wedding Wrangle! (no longer available) starts on the 3rd February for 9 days

SimChase Season 25: Bar Brawl! (available now) starts on the 26th February for 7 days

RETURNING- SimChase Season 7: Restroom Rivals! (available now) starts on 11th March for 7 days

If you started it before but didn’t finish it you will start from the beginning, if you unlocked any of the prizes before you will earn a free one of each in buy mode or if it is a create a sim item you will earn a social point replacement (as they are already free)

NEW LIVE EVENT

Complete the Belle Hotel Live Event (no longer available) from the 15th February in the 10 day time limit to unlock the Belle Hotel house template

NEW PREGNANCY EVENT

There are new time limited prizes when you complete the 9 day pregnancy event in the time limit and earn the baby bonus between the 12th-20th February

If you start the 9 day pregnancy event anytime during the time frame you have the chance of earning the maternity items in that pack if you complete the event in the time limit, for example if you start a pregnancy event on the 20th February and complete in the time limit you will earn the items above

You need to have completed the first pregnancy event in the A Bump-y Ride Quest before you can earn the maternity prizes

Returning Quest and Event?

The Styles of Time Quest (no longer available) will be back for 6 days between the 8th- 16th March as a Player Favourite Quest* complete this quest in the time limit to unlock hairstyles and hats for your female and male adult sims

*What is a Player Favourite Quest? You will be able to start these within an open period date when they return if you haven’t completed it already. These are optional so you will need to click on the green play button next to the title of the event in the active tasks tab to start.

The Glam Mansion Live Event (available now) is returning on the 9th March for 9 days, complete in the time limit to unlock the mansion template

The Charming Barber Hobby Event (available now) will be back on the 12th March for 7 days, complete the fashion designer hobby in the time limit to unlock hairstyles for your male adult sims

Timings can change so let me know if any quest or event starts early for you

Fences can now be placed perpendicular to each other, allowing T and similar shaped fences to be created:

The most requested feature ever is now available- pregnancy is here! Complete the new discovery quest and see your sims baby bump grow over three trimesters, you can also buy maternity clothes and new nursery items!

ATTENTION: Windows Phone Players

Unfortunately Firemonkeys have decided to stop updating the game for Windows Phones so the Easter 2017 update will be the last. I don’t know why they have decided to do this- I just hope this doesn’t mean they will be stopping updates on any of the other platforms!

You will still be able to play the game, but you won’t receive any of the new content including future events

As you will no longer be receiving updates I have created a page containing all the quests goals as they are in this last update so you can still have a correct guide to completing the quests. BUT please remember that quests will change in the future so please don’t comment on a quest post saying it is incorrect if you are playing the game on a Windows Phone.
