A new limited time quest has started in The Sims Mobile, the Dreams of Space Quest is only available for 4 days. There are 19 parts to this quest, if you manage to complete in the time limit you will unlock the Space Explorer Career! You can find information at the end of the post on how to start this career once you have completed the quest
Firstly you need to complete Limitless Potential Quest that unlocks the ability to start the Space Explorer Career Quest:
Tap on a sim and complete the It’s Just Rocket Science Event (select the interaction on another sim) Reward: 25 coins and 10XP:
Once complete the Dreams of Space/ Space Explorer Career (why can’t they pick a name and stick with it!) Quest will begin:
1.Tap on a bed and dream of space- costs 2 energy Reward: 25 coins
2.Tap on a sofa and read about space- costs 4 energy Reward: 25 coins
3.Ask 3 sims about UFO sightings- costs 3 energy each (select the blue interaction between two sims 3 times, complete this with 3 different sims to complete it quicker!) Reward: 25 coins
4.Earn 650 simoleons Reward: 25 coins
5.Tap on a park bench and look up at the sky- costs 2 energy Reward: 25 coins
11.Tap on a table and keep filling out more paperwork (5 times)- costs 4 energy each time Reward: 25 coins
12.Complete all LlamaZoom tasks and collect rewards Reward: 25 coins
13.Tap on a sim and complete the Get In Shape Event (select the interaction on another sim) Reward: 25 coins
14.Complete all LlamaZoom tasks and collect rewards Reward: 25 coins
15.Tap on a sim and complete the It’s Just Rocket Science Event (select the interaction on another sim) Reward: 25 coins

QUEST IS COMPLETE!
Once you complete the quest you will need to place the Rockin’ Rocket Family Heirloom in your sims house, you unlocked this when you completed this quest, you can find it in the storage section
Once placed build the Science Center if you haven’t already (using it in this quest doesn’t unlock it once the quest is complete you still have to buy it) then go to buy mode at the science center and click on space explorer career.
You will need to place the observatory to begin this career:
Once placed click on the pink suitcase on the observatory and then it will ask you what story should we tell, the only option is Rocket Science so click that to begin this career!
The prizes for completing story chapters in this career including spacesuits which is cool!
Personally I preferred this quest since LlamaZoom has been introduced, having to complete the daily to do list several times in a quest was annoying as we had to wait before we could do it again, there is less waiting with the LlamaZoom so that is better but it was still very repetitive with the same tasks over and over in the rest of the quest.

Discuss multiple wallpapers- 4 hours 55 minutes (select the interaction between two sims)
Ask Kewl about multiple wallpapers- 6 hours 8 minutes
Now when you select wallpaper 4 yellow boxes will appear, one next to each wall (this represents the wall next to it)
The wallpaper will be placed on all the walls with the green shading in the yellow lines. If you don’t want the wallpaper on a wall click on the green shading and it will go white, this means the wallpaper isn’t being applied to that wall (the wall will remain unchanged)
The green shading needs to be on all the walls that you want that new wallpaper on, once you select or deselect the walls click the green tick to place the paper:

Is it possible to complete this quest in the time limit?
Yes it is
Why do blue footprints appear when I try to use an item?
Blue footprints appear when your sim cannot access an item you want them to use, you need to either rotate the item or move an item that has been placed in front of it so they can use it.
I don’t understand the waiting tasks, can you explain?
The waiting tasks will only appear if you are ahead of where you need to be at that time so it means you are on track for finishing this quest on time. The time you need to wait for varies for everyone depending on how far ahead you are, if you are only an hour ahead then you will need to wait an hour, if you sped up a lot of tasks then you will have to wait longer. Once the waiting time is up the task will complete and you will continue with the quest. If you don’t get the goal to wait or it completes straight away this means you are behind in the quest but not having to wait allows you the chance to catch up!
What do I get if I complete this quest in the time limit?
New wallpaper and flooring
What happens if I don’t complete in the time limit, can I still finish this quest?
Yes you have to finish it to unlock the feature wall option before you can move onto the next quest
I didn’t complete in the time limit, can I restart the quest?
No, you cannot redo quests

No, the only way to get the limited time prizes is by completing the quest in the time limit
I don’t like this quest! Can I just skip it?
No, you have to complete this quest before you can move onto the next one now that you have started it, if you don’t start it you don’t have to do it

LEVEL UNLOCKS: 8 UNLOCKS: pregnancy and pregnancy events
Pregnancy has arrived in simtown! Once you complete the Two and a Half Sims Quest you will be able to build the maternity store in simtown from level 8 (you can find it next to the real estate agency and near the mall) once the store is built this quest will begin. When you complete the quest you unlock pregnancy so your female adult sims will grow a baby bump!
You cannot complete this quest at the same time as any other discovery quest
The price for building the maternity store will vary depending on how many businesses you have already built
In this quest you will be completing the pregnancy event, there is a 9 day time limit for this event and if you complete in the time limit you will unlock the baby bonus but you can still complete this once the time limit is up.
Have a Doctor explain pregnancies- 30 seconds (call a Doctor using a phone, they will appear at that house so you can select the option)
Talk pregnancies with a sim- 30 seconds
Purchase the maternity outfit from the maternity store- black and grey outfit costs 500 maternity tokens
Once this quest is over you can still earn maternity tokens to buy all the items from the maternity store by completing another pregnancy event!
Place empty crib- buy one from the infant section of the home store
Start the pregnancy event- for this you need an adult female, this event takes 9 days! Click on the crib and select the pregnancy event option and then select the adult female who you want to become pregnant:
Select sim icon- click on the pregnancy event button in the corner of the screen then click on the picture of your sim
View pregnancy daily goals- head back to the pregnancy event tab
Daily goals have to be completed by the pregnant sim, no other sim can complete these goals. Your sim has 9 days of goals to complete, you don’t have to finish a days goals on time, if you are behind you will start on the next day as soon as the previous days goals are complete BUT you cannot complete day 9 once the time is up, the baby will be born straight away once the time is up and you will only get the baby bonus if all goals and tasks are completed before the time is up (keep reading for more information). Completing pregnancy events earns maternity tokens used to buy maternity clothes and nursery furniture from the maternity store.
View pregnancy support tasks- head back to the pregnancy event tab
Support tasks can be completed by any sim, you need to complete all support tasks and daily tasks within the 9 day time limit to earn the baby bonus
View baby bonus- go back to the pregnancy event tab and click on the ‘i’ icon above the picture on the event tab
If you complete all the daily goals every day and all the support tasks you will earn bonuses for that baby, they will earn more experience points when they complete actions, complete actions faster, are not affected by low motives (low needs) and they will have these bonuses for life!
Complete the pregnancy event
You need to complete all 9 days of daily goals and support tasks to earn the baby bonus, once the 9 days are up you will no longer get the baby bonus but your sim will still give birth. The 9 days symbolise a month a day so once you complete day 3 and start day 4 your sim will reach the 2nd trimester and their baby bump will appear, they will then start wearing the maternity clothes you brought earlier in this quest. Once you complete day 6 and start day 7 they will reach the 3rd trimester and their baby bump will get bigger
NOTE: I know I said in my video that appointments aren’t going to be in the update but I misunderstood when they told me appointments were going to be removed- they were talking about the aerobic and ultrasound appointments not the doctors appointment which is still available, sorry about that!
Once you reach level 15 in The Sims Mobile and have completed the Photography Career Quest you will be able to begin the Internet Icon Hobby Quest from the Quests tab to unlock the internet icon hobby!
You firstly need to complete the ‘Dream of Being an Internet Icon’ Complete the Fan Club event task- takes up to 1 hour to complete*:
Once complete the 4 day time limit for the Internet Icon Hobby Quest will begin. If you don’t manage to complete this quest in the time limit you can’t try again
There are 18 parts to complete:
1.Get spiffed up for fans- 5 seconds, costs 2 energy (select the blue option on the shower) Reward: 25 coins
2.Ask 3 Sims about Simstagram- 5 seconds each, costs 2 energy each (select the blue interaction between two sims 3 times, complete this with 3 different sims to complete it quicker!) Reward: 25 coins
3.Start a friendly story (select the begin a friendship event with another sim, once complete select one of the stories to tell with that sim) Reward: 25 coins
4.Earn 3 stars at a party (attend a party and complete actions to fill up all 3 stars) Reward: 25 coins
5.Earn 650 simoleons (complete events to earn simoleons) Reward: 25 coins and 10XP
6.Complete 3 relationship events (complete 3 events with 3 sims) Reward: 25 coins and 10XP
7.Complete the Fashion Icon Event (select the option on a sofa)- takes up to 8 hours to complete* Reward: 25 coins and 10XP
8.Complete the Fan Club Event (select the option on a sofa)- takes up to 8 hours to complete* Reward: 25 coins and 10XP
9.Complete all LlamaZoom tasks and collect rewards Reward 25 coins and 10XP

You unlock the Antique Webcam Heirloom when you complete this quest, you can find this in the storage section
To start the hobby you need to buy the Fledgling Streamer Station from the Internet Icon section of the Hobby Collections and place the Antique Webcam from the Storage section
You can then click on the Streamer Station and start the hobby story ‘Authentically Iconic’
The Egg Hunt has begun on The Sims Mobile, complete these tasks to find all the eggs before the time is up!
If you find all the eggs and complete all the tasks you will unlock the bunny toy pictured above!
Spring cleaning time! Search for the egg shelf behind the couch- 10 seconds
Unlocks the Cracking Good Shelf:
Spread some spring spirit! Give out 3 stickers (give stickers to sims with blue plumbobs above their head)
Someone must know about the eggs. Complete 2 relationship events (select start event on another sim twice)
Unlocks the Jelly Bean Dot Egg:
This hunt is getting a bit hare-y. Taking a quick nap should help (select dream about hidden eggs on a bed)- 10 seconds
Was that an egg at work? Search for it by completing 3 career events
Unlocks the Skippy Zigzag Egg:
Party Time? Egg-cellent! Hop over to a party- (attend a party)
Rumour has it that earning 10 Sim Tickets will help your quest (complete relationship events to earn)
Unlocks the Springtime Stars Egg:
3 eggs down, 2 to go. Reflect on your progress at a vanity mirror (bathroom sink vanity)- 10 seconds
This egg hunt is taking its toll, let’s earn some Simoleons!- earn 200 simoleons by completing events
Unlocks the Pastel Diamond Egg:
It’s time to grow your network. Start 3 new friendly relationships (select friendly introduction and then on begin a friendship click start event)
Let’s give out 3 more stickers, maybe someone will know about the last egg
Incubate some relationships. Complete 2 relationship story chapters (complete events until you get the option to start next story chapter twice)
Unlocks the Bunny Hop Egg:
Egg-ceptional work! Time to admire all of the decorated eggs (once placed on the shelf click on all 5 of the eggs and click admire decorated egg)- 4 seconds
Hopportunity knocks. Complete 2 career story chapters (complete career events until you get the option to start next story chapter twice)
Unlocks Bun Bun the Bunny toy decoration:

Although this quest was easy to complete I found it fairly disappointing, the Hot Tub one was a nightmare with the repeated rewards but at least there was more of a reward to aim for. In future I would like to see more information from the creators on the game about these events as I didn’t know if I was just completing goals to earn the eggs or if there some other prize at the end of it all.
