YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THE MYSTERIOUS ISLAND QUEST BEFORE YOU CAN BEGIN THIS QUEST
Once you complete the mysterious island quest this quest will begin, this quest will show you how to complete monuments on the island. If you complete this in the 2 day time limit you will receive a treasure chest full of Artifacts, LP, XP and more! You can still complete this quest once the time limit is up but you won’t get the treasure chest prize

Times may vary depending on the star rating the item has.
- Go to the mysterious island (click on the bridge)
- Tap on a monument (symbols are rock, water, air and fire)
- Read big book of stuff- 21 hours 30 minutes (can be started goal early)
- Leftovers from a fridge- 18 seconds
- Search for artifacts in the garbage- 8 minutes 30 seconds (you need to kick over the garbage first to get this option)
- Find the third artifact (you get them at random by baking, gardening and using objects, you can see if you get one because a material will appear above your sims head) TIP: just plant peppers until you find it! or have a shower- you just need to do something quick!
- Upgrade the riches of terra to level 1 (first monument-rock, click on it and click upgrade now)
QUEST IS COMPLETE!

I have missed this quest! Why can’t I start it yet?
You cannot miss main quests they have to be completed in order. You need to complete all previous quests (list can be found here) including the mysterious island quest and reach level 10 before you can start this quest
Can I complete this quest even though I have passed level 10?
Yes, you just need to complete all previous quests then this quest will start automatically
How do I visit the island?
Click on the mysterious island bridge, this will take you to the island
What do you mean when you say a goal can be started early?
Any goal that you can normally do can be started early because you will have access to it and any goal that you can’t normally do you will have to wait until you get the goal to be able to complete it
The tip with this method is to put the sim doing that action early in a different house that you cannot go to until you get that goal or it will not work
Why do blue footprints appear when I try to use an item?
Blue footprints appear when your sim cannot access an item you want them to use, you need to either rotate the item or move an item that has been placed in front of it so they can use it
I cannot find the third artifact, where do you find them?
You get them randomly by baking, gardening and using objects, I cannot tell you where to find them as any action can give you one. Try planting peppers or any other action that takes seconds to try and get it quickly
How long does it take to upgrade the riches of terra?
Go to the island and click on it and select upgrade and it will complete straightaway
What do I get if I complete this quest in the time limit?
A treasure chest
What happens if I don’t complete in the time limit, can I still finish this quest?
Yes you have to finish it before you can move onto the next quest
I didn’t complete in the time limit, can I restart the quest?
No, you cannot redo quests
Can I still get the prize if I don’t complete in the time limit?
No, the only way to get the limited time prizes is by completing the quest in the time limit
I don’t like this quest! Can I just skip it?
No, you have to complete this quest before you can move onto the next one
Some times are slightly different on my game, why is this?
Times may vary depending on the star rating of the item you are using, as the higher star rating an item has the quicker you will complete a goal
Some times are really off/ different goals show for me, why is this?
This will be because the quest has been updated recently, I try my best to keep these posts up to date but it is difficult as I cannot redo every quest each time the game is updated. If you notice any changes please let me know so I can update the post

My game is stuck on level 10, why is this?
Once you reach level 10 your game needs to download additional content, this link explains what it is but it doesn’t say how to do it, I’m guessing your game should do it automatically. If you still can’t progress you may need to contact the makers to see if they can fix this for you

Woah, ok weird thing just happened…So when I got the chest, I opened it and got all the stuff inside. But today, I went to the mysterious island, saw the chest, clicked it and got more
LP and XP and Simeloeons! Was it a glitch? Cuz I read that the chest is a one time thing only.

Hi! How’s your progress with your monuments? I really wanna know if the volcano has anything interesting in it. But these things take forever to build, I am already level 40++ and I haven’t even reached level 10 on any of them. 😥
Really slow! They take so long to upgrade! I have been told that the volcano isn’t interesting though, it is just another daily simoleon/XP revenue when you reach level 25 in all monuments like houses and businesses
I can’t find the third artifact! I’ve had a shower, done baking, gardening, gona to work, cleared the trash … Nothing seems to be working.
Just keep showering or something until you find the last one, you may need to do an action a few times before you find it but it shouldn’t take too long.
If I fail a quest can I ever do it again?
You cannot fail a quest, once the time limit is up you still need to complete it before you can move on to the next quest.
I am at level 51, I have completed all the quests but I cannot build any of the monuments except the Riches of Terra which is at level 70. All of the other monuments are still locked. How is this possible?
You will need to contact EA about this issue to see if they can fix it for you as I am unable to fix technical issues unfortunately.

I never got this quest in my game. Does completing this quest and reaching the appropriate level automatically unlock the other three monuments?
You probably did get it but it is a very short quest and doesn’t really unlock anything new, it just shows you how the monuments work. It doesn’t unlock the other monuments those unlock as you level up.
