YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THE RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARTIFACTS QUEST BEFORE YOU CAN BEGIN THIS QUEST
Completing this quest unlocks the stables and horses so your sims can complete the horse tricks and vaulting hobbies. If you complete this quest in the time limit you will unlock the unicorn painting. You can still complete this quest once the time limit is up to unlock the stables and horses but you won’t get the painting

Version One
Times may vary depending on the star rating an item has.
- Spot horses with a telescope- 5 minutes (buy from promotions r us)
- Go to the mystery island
- Spot the overgrown stables (tap on it)
- Call the mysterious number- 2 minutes
- Read a horse care manual- 12 hours
- Call the mysterious number again- 5 minutes
- Look up a locksmith on a computer- 8 minutes
- Build the stables- time and price varies (not enough money?)
- Send a sim to the stables
- Clean up mess in front of yard- 4 minutes
- Have 4 sims at the stables
- Clean up mess in yard with your sims (aged teens and up) (you need to repair the bathtub too) You can work on repairing all of these areas with more than one sim to complete quicker:
- Wild Grass= 30 seconds
- Weeds= 5 minutes
- Thistles= 30 minutes
- Old Tyre= 1 hour 30 minutes
- Small Rock Pile= 4 hours
- Tree Stump= 6 hours
- Large Rock Pile= 7 hours
- Water Trough= 10 hours
- Watch the horse channel- 9 minutes
- Practice brushing on another sim- 3 minutes
- Encourage a sim- 4 minutes
- Repair a stable- S30,000- 1 hour 5 minutes
- Call the stables owner back- 2 minutes
- Add a horse to the stable (S15,000 or 10SP)
- Feed the horse- 6 minutes 5 seconds

My game says there is something under construction when I try to repair a stable, what do I do?
Firstly you need to read the pop up as it tells you exactly what is under construction, once you have go there and click on it to finish building, then you will be able to repair the stable (it will be something you have built previously but probably just haven’t clicked to finish building yet!)

What you said about the “look up locksmith” being two hours was wrong, because on my iPad it showed up as eight mins.
Scroll down and look at version 2, it clearly says on the post if version 1 is incorrect look at version 2.
How do you call back the stables owner? I can’t find it on my iPad.
It is the call mysterious number option on the phone.
How is yours 15k? Mines 100k! I only have 8k how am I going to get that, especially in the time limit. I’m not spending any money on this game. And it only gave me 2 days but most of these things are about 10 hours besides the 5 and 8 minute ones.
The price increases with each business you build so I would recommend not building anything else unless it is needed for a quest until you have completed all the main quests.
It only gave me 2 days to complete this goal 😦

I hate that this is a required quest, Ive had this quest active for over a week now while I save up money for the hobbies and career store and then the stables! I don’t even want the stables or horses! In my old game I never touched the stables again after the quest. I wish this was an optional quest.

I’m glad I read the quests and pace out the timing. I was able to build the Promotions Store in time to complete this quest.

My two star horse is stuck in the row between the two stables and won’t come out. I’ve restarted the app and my phone. Turned wifi on and off. Tried calling it and all I get are the footprints showing it is refusing. Any ideas ? I don’t really want to buy another .

No you can’t, you only unlock the painting if you complete in the time limit.
Okay so my question is about the monuments on the mysterious island. I am of high enough level to unlock each monument after the riches of terra but, when i click the monument there is only a checkmark next to what i need to unlock it. What do i do to fix this? Is it a bug?

Hey!! I am in love with your blog I refer to it everyday with my quests. Right now I am finishing the Need for steed quest. For the next quest: I accidentally made my two sims divorce each other and I can’t get them to marry again so I can get a baby again because I also accidentally deleted my baby, what do I do??? You should be able to get them married again, just be romantic and go through all the stages again until you get the option to get them engaged, or use two other sims.
Wait. How do you delete a baby? I never saw that option when I divorced my sims!

No you don’t need the pet store for this quest, you buy horses at the stable.

No, you will need to build the promotions r us store to be able to complete this task. If i haven’t completed the quest in the time limit, can I still get access to the stables and horses?
Yes once you complete the quest, you just won’t get the prize for completing in the time which is the unicorn painting.
I’m on level 22 and I bought a telescope from prom r us store, placed in in a yard, clicked on it and it only gives the option for “cloud watch” it doesn’t give option to “spot horses” I also took a 3 minute drive and afterward clicked on telescope…still no option to spot horses. How can I complete this quest?

I completed the quest and went back to the stables to start building the tricks area and the horse that I got during the quest is gone…did that happen to anyone else? I figured we would get to keep the horse we got during the quest but mine isn’t in its enclosure anymore…ive gone back several times over the last day or so and still no horse. 😦
The horse may be wandering around the stables, it doesn’t stay in the enclosure you brought it at, they like to be outdoors

It would probably be a good idea to start it when you are cleaning up the stables, just make sure you keep away from the house they are in until you get the goal otherwise it won’t work.
Wow! Really unfair of them to give 2 days…Yet you need to purchase something from a store. A store that you still need to purchase and build – takes 24 hours.
So, an ENTIRE day out of the TWO that they give you to complete this quest, is spent waiting for the store to be built.

The unicorn painting isn’t just for looks. You can bring a sim to it one at a time and get them completely inspired, instead of having to feed them, make them social etc. it’s definitely worth it!!

I don’t like this quest, if I haven’t started the quest, will it skip to the next quest after the limit time over?
You cannot skip main quests so you will have to complete this one before you can move on to the next.
It cost me 250,000 to build it and I don’t have enough because I spent it cause I saw it only 15,000 and I need 100,000 More😔
The problem is if you buy a lot of businesses you don’t need yet then the price increases for the ones you do need for the quests so don’t build anything unless you need it for a quest otherwise you are going to find these very difficult to complete in time. It would have cost you 15,000 if you didn’t buy other places before it.
When I go to the telescope, all it says is to watch the clouds. Is thier somthing wrong? Help!

When you complete this quest if you are on level 12 or above the Quest for Toddlers will start straight away

Hello weightlessmagic. I was trying to do the cooking hobby but it did not work so good. So I built a house and got 3 LP. Then I got 1 LP. And now I have 4 I’m trying to get 5 tell me how to get one more! Just one!
Why isn’t the cooking hobby working for you? It is the easiest way to make LP once you complete the hobby collection for the first time

Yes you will be able to add horses once the quest is complete, you just won’t get the unicorn painting.
Thanks for this- I’ve just finished the previous quest and I’m level 10. Being able to see what I’ll need for the next quest is especially helpful as I try to avoid buying extra buildings so that stuff I do need is cheap- on my old account I built the health hub about level 12 which made the main quests very difficult. I’ve built the store and bought a telescope and I’m also trying to get more simoleans as I’ve got 37k and I don’t want to spend social points. Thanks to this blog so far I’ve completed all quests within the time limit!!

That is because you have built a lot of other places first, the price increases with each one you build.
